EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS Schedule 'A' (Part-VIII Section-II)

M&L earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cmx6mm thick surrounded by mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers, bured directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron or steel earth load wire 4.0mm dia (No 8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel earth wire protected by galvanised steel pipe 15mm bore (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board or junction box all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. Note: - The rate also include charcoal and salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI pipe (light grade) for watering, protection pipe funnel, wire mesh, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber in cement concrete 50mm thick precast RCC cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3kg/sqm) and CI frame etc and including provision of test point, connecting to test point and testing on completion etc complete all as specified.

Note:- The unit rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal and salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI Pipe (med grade) for watering 40mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel, wire mesh, lugs PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber in cement concrete 50mm thick precast RCC M-25 (design mix) cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3kg/sqm) and CI frame etc and including provision of test point, connecting to test point and testing on completion etc complete all as specified. The unit rate also include earthing lead and protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from top of earth plate

S&F 60 watt IP 65 LED street light luminaries comprising of rectangular shape pressure dia cast housing with weather proof gasket for lamps and driver compartment with system wattage 60 watts+/- and rated lumens of min 500 lumens. The LED make must be of. The driver must be constant current type having THS 15% and power factor 0.95 with short circuit protection against 5 KV high surge and comply to IC60598/IS 10322 (PT 0.5 sec) 1987. The luminaries must have sec optics with perfectly matched lens for better light control complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing street light Engineering plastic one piece moulding control box with locking arrangement made out of HDPE and FI clamp 25x3mm complete of dimensions in CM +/-10%(34x28x13) including MCB SP 6 Amp 240 volts complete with 02 Nos aluminium busbar or terminal 02 Nos (2P-RYB and N) of rating 63 Amps for single phase and neutral on porcelain based insulators complete all as specified and directed. Make;- Sintex/Hensel/SHI/BRITE.

S&F GI bracket made out of GI pipe light grade of size 32 mm dia 1.2 m long out to length bend to the required shape and 02 Nos mounting flat iron clamps size 40mmx 6mm, 04 Nos hexagonal bolts 10mm dia 100mm long with nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for multistranded copper conductor heavy duty cable PVC insulated conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed of size 2.5sqmm 3 core for street light connection complete all as specified and directed.
