Periodic Patrolling and Routine / Preventive / Breakdown Maintenance of 33KV Incoming Line from 132KV Sub Station Ledhupur, Sarnath to 400KV Sub Station Sarnath, Varanasi for Station Supply alongwith other associated Works for the Period of 1 Year with all Cost of Men, Materials, Misc. Consumables T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work, as per Technical Specification and Direction of Supervising Engineer :

Monthly Patrolling of 33KV Incoming Lines from 132KV Sub Station Ledhupur, Sarnath to 400KV Sub Station Sarnath, Varanasi for Station Supply at 400KV Sub Station Sarnath, Varanasi and Providing of Patrolling Report. (12 Km Length × 12 Months = 144.0 Km)

Emergency Patrolling of 33KV Incoming Lines from 132KV Sub Station Ledhupur, Sarnath to 400KV Sub Station Sarnath, Varanasi for Station Supply at 400KV Sub Station Sarnath, Varanasi in case of Breakdown (12 Km Length × 6 Times = 72.0 Km)

Periodic Lopping & Chopping of Branches of different types of Trees like Mango, Neem, Sheesham, Peepal, Semal, Eucalyptus, Popular etc. Falling in Corridor of the above 33KV Power Lines to Provide Minimum Clearance of about 8 Meter between the Tree & Conductors on both side of the Towers / Line with all due Care of Safety & Precautions to Avoid any Damage to Nearby Buildings, Power & Telephone Lines Passing Nearby, Crops, other Nearby Trees etc. The Work also includes Removing, Eliminating & Cleaning the Line Sites after Lopping & Chopping of the Trees during the Period of 1 Year.

Replacement of Old & Damaged Stay Set (due to Rusting) by new Stay Set (G.I. Stay Rod of size 20 × 1800 mm, 7 / 8 SWG Stay Wire, Stay Clamp, Bolts - Nuts - Washers etc. with due Concrete Grouting. (1 Job per Stay Set)

Replacement of Damaged 33KV Tension Disc Insulator / Insulator String by new Disc Insulator / Insulator String to be Provided by the Department Free of Cost as per Requirement. (1 Job per Tension Insulator String)

Supply and Fixing of new 33KV Pin Insulator complete with GI Pin, Nut & Bolts in place of damaged one as per Requirement. (1 Job per Pin Insulator)

Supply and Fixing of new PG Clamp with (D2D) Nut & Bolts in place of damaged one as per Requirement. (1 Job per P.G. Clamp)

Tightening of Jumper / Clamp including Replacement of Damaged Bolts - Nuts - Washers, if any by new ones to be Provided by the Department Free of Cost as per Requirement. (1 Job per Jumper / Clamp)

Replacement of Damaged Jumper by new One whenever Snapping Occurs. The Location of Snapped Jumper will be Informed by the Supervising Engineer. (1 Job per Jumper)

Providing of Cable Out Door End Jointing Kit along with Cable Jointing Work, whenever required. (1 Job per Cable Out Door End Jointing Kit)

Attending Break Down of Snapped Conductor due to Damage of Conductor / Tension Insulator String, whenever Snapping Occurs. The Location of Snapped Jumper will be Informed by the Supervising Engineer. (1 Job per Conductor)
