REPAIRS TO LEAKY POLYCARBONATE SHEETS JOINTS AND TURBO VENTILATORS OF CA-II SHOP AT NEW FACILITY, HVF, AVADI.

Labour charge for dismantling existing poly carbonate sheets and Turbo ventilator with FRP moulds etc., working at the height more than 10m including all necessary scaffolding and safety aspects complete and handing over the same to CE Stores.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

M & L for applying MS polymer (modified selaine) based sealant / adhesive for application at leak joints of valley gutters, bolt holes, down take pipes (6mm depth and 10mm width) and as directed by considering the dimension and height above 10.00 metres approx. including all safety aspects and scaffolding complete as required at site. Supply of articulating hydraulic boom lift which can reach up to the height of 15 to 25 metres height self moving type including necessary diesel for operating the articulated boom lift including an operator who will operate the articulated boom lift. The boom lift shall be used only for ensuring safety aspects at site like tying of net, tying of life line, boom lift timings hour shall be counted from start of the safety related work at site to completion of the safety related work for a particular day.

(Make : STP/Bostik/BASF) or suitably equivalent make)

Supply and fixing of ROLL FLEXIBLE SEALING WATERPROOFING TAPE - SBS Self Adhesive Waterproof Roll with aluminium top at leak joints of valley gutters, bolt holes, down take pipes, joints of roofing sheets and junction points of structural members etc (6mm depth and 10mm width) of dimension 150mm X 150mm including completely removing old treatment as directed working at the height more than 10.00 metres including all safety aspects and scaffolding complete as required at site .(Make : STP/Bostik/BASF) or suitably equivalent make)

M & L for polycarbonate sheet 2mm thick as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self drilling / self tapping anti corrosive screws with EPDM seal complete all as per manufacturers specifications and instructions and as approved and as directed, by considering the dimension & height including all necessary scaffolding and safety aspects complete. The height of work exceeding 10 metres from the average ground level.

Labour for removing high performance Industrial Multi roof vent of 525 mm dia neck of aluminium alloy designed to meet AS 2428 to wind speed of 200 kg per hour and to the entry of wind driven rain at range of 2.5L per second from old dismantled turbo ventilator and fixing to the existing Turbo Ventilator mould and making good the broken etc for fixing the aluminium alloy neck. The height of work exceeding 10 metres from the average ground level.

Providing and fixing of beneath the galvalume roof thermal insulation on ceiling with Resin Bonded Fibre glass wool conforming to IS : 8183, density 24kg / m3, 50 mm thick, wrapped in both side with aluminium foil as per the IS code, fixing it over existing wire mesh, as directed at the height more than 10.00 metres including all safety aspects and scaffolding complete as required at site.
