Cement concrete 1:4:8 (One of cement, Four of sand and Eight of hard broken stone) using 40mm size hard broken stone for foundation inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers..

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantlings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc complete.for Below Ground level and upto 3.30m above ground level

RCC 1:1.5:3 (One cement, one and half sand and three aggregates) using 20mm HBGS excluding cost of reinforcement, centering, shuttering strutting, but including cost of mixing concrete, placing, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing etc., complete as directed by Deptal officers. For items 1.5m to 4.5m below GL.

Fabrication, supply, delivery and fixing of outside MS ladder wide 45cm made out of 50×50×6mm MS angle for sides and steps in 16mm MS plain rods fixed at 30cm centre to centre welded, jointed etc., providing with suitable side supports, clamps, and locking arrangements provided with one coat of red oxide paint to for providing access to roof top of 1,00,000 lit.OHT of suitable inclined length, including bottom anchorage and transportation and as directed by departmental officers.

Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in RCC 1:1½:3 (one cement, one and half sand and three aggregates) using 20mm HBG stone for OHT including cost of reinforcement, placing grill in position, centring, shuttering charges, mixing concrete curing etc., to required height and clear width of 45cm consisting of two Nos. of vertical post of 10cm×15cm and step slab of 25mm×25mm etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing PVC ventilating arrangements mosquito proof nylon net with 110mm PVC cowl and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing manhole cover SFRC of size 0.60 x 0.60M in MS angle fixed along edges and as directed by Deptal officers

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone M.Sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Painting two coats with Emulsion Paint over the one coat of Priming coat including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete for bed blocks for 10 cum
