Dismantling of Motor & pump by dismantling of coupling, delivery & suction side lines by cutting through gas cutter, tools, and tackles as per requirement of site and operating of both side sluice valves. (25 HP non-clog vertical pump set)

Dismantling of existing damaged electrical item aluminum cable and GI strip earthing from equipment as per site required by cutting welding by skilled labour. After power supply disconnected from LT panel/LRS as required.

Making arrangement of stop leakage inside pump house by providing fixing of blank plate as required size with packing sheet & proper tightening of nut bolts and check arrangement of other safety items.

Fabrication of MS reducer of suction side as per required size with MS flange of required size. MS taper to be made from 10 mm thick duly making taper of rolling welded in all side round length and both ends. Flanges duly painted as required (as per sample).

Replacement of MS reducer from suction side and make proper alignment with pump and delivery line as required.

Supply of MS black pipe of size 200 mm diameter and of thickness 9.5 mm. Make:- Jindal/Jindal Star/TATA/ISI mark

Supply of M.S Slipon weldable Flange of size 200 mm, 20 mm Thickness Heavy Duty. ISI mark

Supply of M.S Slipon weldable Flange of size 200 mm, 40mm thickness with groove for supporting rubber ring Heavy Duty. ISI mark

Supply of rubber ring of size 200 mm, Heavy Duty. ISI mark

Fabrication of 200 mm dia. dismantle joint with the help of cutting, welding, grinding, finishing with machine and manual labour. includes painting with red oxide primer and anticorrosive black paint as per site requirement.

Fixing of 200 mm dia. dismantle joint with the help of welding, grinding with heavy manual labour and EOT at site, grouting with civil work complete in all respect and restore all damages. operating of both side sluice valves and leakage tasting.

Fixing of pump and motor grinding with heavy manual labour and EOT at site, fixing of coupling with the help of welding machine and grouting work with civil work complete in all respect and restore all damages. operating of both side sluice valves and leakage tasting.

Fabrication/Fixing of coupling bush with bore of DI make for capacity of 25 HP motor as per site requirement

Fabrication/Fixing of Connection plate of required size with cable connection of proper thimbling as required for capacity of 25 HP motor as per site requirement

Supply of Nut, Bolts, stud and washer as per site requirement of good quality.

Dismantling of Bearing housing with the help of cutting old rusted nut bolts/studs and grinding, finishing with machine and skilled manual labour with proper safety and not affect other items.

Replacement of Bearing as required size and cleaning with proper finishing with the help of bearing puller and proper fixing & check balancing with machine & special tools by skilled manual labour at site.

Repairing of leakage from sleeve (Br) by dismantling of bronze sleeve from housing by removing nut bolts and repairing by remetaling cutting and proper finishing work with the help of machine, tools & tackles and fixing of sleeve as required by skilled manual labour.

Replacement of gland by dismantling of gland plat by removing nut bolts with proper finishing and proper balancing with machine and fixing of gland plate as required by skilled manual labour.

Making proper arrangement of drainage system from pump sleeve housing to pump house drain system to avoid corrosion in bearing and foundation with the help of 3/4' pipe socket bend as required. Including painting and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Fixing of pump suction/delivery sides, pipes, specials with new nut & bolts & washers rubber insertion sheet etc. check alignment of motor & pump and fixing of connection of LRS & ACB of set No. 1 and 2, other necessary items required for completion of work like thimbles for electrical connections.

Repairing of all damages and support pipe/valve by providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:3:6(1Cement:3coarses and(zone-III):6graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) DJB SOR Item Code: 46.1.6

Testing and commissioning complete system on No load/full load. This also includes adequate provision of safety measures while executing the work and other necessary items required for and shiftinf of old material at safe place after completion of work as per direction of engineer in charge
