REPAIR TO PARAPETS, DRAIN AND FENCING ETC AT RMS CHAIL UNDER GE (I) JUTOGH

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (Unreinforced) of any description in ground floors and pavings n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 03.00 above but Except stone, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old stone obtained from demolition shall be reused.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in road side berms finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement / cement lime plaster , any description on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints , hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces incl finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Anti Fungal weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors,gates but excluding frames trusses etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work as in conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 as in wind ties,posts and struts as directed including drilling holes, notching for wire etc cutting and twisting necessary drilling bolting and riveting or welding including FI 40 x 6mm etc and similar works complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised 2 stand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line or wire will be measured.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh , Size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of 3mm dia galavanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over (Fe -410W (Gde-E-250) Quality-A, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending sprilly for hopping for chain link fencing, columns, hooking ends and binding with MS (annealed) wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts of 11 to 15 mm neck dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, but length of bolt exc 5 cm and n exc 10 cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enameled paint on steel and iron surface over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new surface over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Rough excavation in soft and loose soil in drain, road side slide including removing soil and depositing where directed to a distance exc 50 mtr and n exc 250 mtr, complete all as specified and directed.
