The work of special maintenance and repairing of 11 KV HT and LT damaged lines of various places due to HEAVY STORM under DAIVIYA APDA Year 2019-20 at EDSD, CHILLA ROAD, BANDA under EUDD, BANDA, including the work of cartage of new line material from store to work site and also cartage of old/damaged scraped line material from work site to store, details of the work as given below :-

Safe cartage of 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles

Safe cartage of 11 Mtr. long ST poles

Safe cartage of line material

Erection & grouting of single support on 8.5 Mtr. long PCC Poles. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each) of best quality material.

Erection & grouting of single support on 11 Mtr. long ST Poles. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each) of best quality material.

Erection & grouting of double pole structure on 8.5 Mtr. long PCC Poles. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each) of best quality material.

Erection and grouting of stay set including the work of nozelling etc. as per RESSPO manual and also including the cost of all grouting material.

Fixing of T-Off Channel with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Fixing of earthing rod as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. including the cost of labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering of new ACSR Weasel Conductor on the erected poles in 11 KV HT/LT lines also providing in-place of damaged/misplace conductor due to heavy storm.

Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering of new ABC Conductor on the erected poles in LT lines also providing in-place of damaged/misplace conductor due to heavy storm.

Re-tightening of loose stay complete with nozelling and binding.

Straightening of tilted single support as 8.5/11.0 Mtr. Long PCC/ST Pole at various places.

Dismentling & removal of existing/erected old & damaged 8.5/11.0 Mtr. long PCC/ST Poles with its accessories.

Re-sagging of loose conductor of 11 KV HT lines at various places.

Re-sagging of loose conductor of LT lines at various places.

Demounting of 25/63/100 KVA capacity transformers from the old/damage ereted/existing double pole structure after opening of all fittings, including the work of carriage of damage T/F from work site to store centre and new T/F from store centre to work site due to damaged by heavy storm.

Installation of 25/63/100 KVA capacity transformers on the newly erected doube pole in proper alignment.

Dismentling & removal of damaged weasel conductor with its accessories due to heavy storm and again laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering on the erected poles in 11 KV HT/LT Lines.

Carriage of damaged/rusted ST Poles from work site to ESC.

Cartage of old/damaged & scrap line material from work site to store centre/JE(s).

Chopping of Tree Branches coming in the vicinity of the 11 KV HT/LT lines during the execution of above work.
