After applying of bituminous primer applying evenly a coat of bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm incl cleaning surfaces. Providing and laying five layered 4 mm thick APP (Atatic poly propylele) modified polyester reinforced water proofing membrane with minimum weight of 4.60 Kg/Sqm, as specified here-in-after. The rain water gutter portion shall be finished with cement mortar 1:4 to provide requisite slope towards rain water pipe outlet . over the APP membrane provide a polypropylene/polyester, non woven geotextile fabric of 150 gram/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.. Notes :- (i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area shall only be measured and paid (ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of bituminous primer and a coat of bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm for APP membrane omplete all as specsified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
