Daily collection of dry and wet waste, sweeping, cleaning, and removing all dust and dirt from floors, ceilings, corners, and walls of all the office areas from 'L' floor to 8th floor wings in all cabins, halls, rooms, common corridors, lift lobbies, and main staircases, two emergency staircases, outside garage rooms (office and driver rooms), pumphouse in VSB premises, staffclub rooms, SBI Bank at 'L' floor, AC & Ele maintenance . room at 'L' floor parking area, 13th floor Ele & Tel Maintenance Office, all floors of multilevel car parking with in & out ramps, Two-wheeler parking area near ramp, '0' floor outside North and South Wing Ramps, '0' floor north and south wing all around 1.5 m passage, all the common areas and passages, Lift machine room on the 13th floor, front compound side bust of Dr.Vikram Sarabhai Bust Place and its surroundings with frontside V S Bhavan Garden, and any other places shown by dept staff. The work shall include complete sweeping and then collecting of the swept or generated waste materials in disposable garbage bags (having an ECO mark as per IS 12395:1988) of approved thickness to be racked properly at the back side of V S Bhavan or at a designated place. The materials required for sweeping and waste collection bins (for dry and wet waste) shall be arranged by agency of very good quality, such as hand gloves, disposable face masks, hard/soft brooms, floor duster/mop, dry wiper, PVC movable bins of 100–200 liter capacity, and other tools and tackels as directed and approved by the EIC. Note: While transporting the garbage, it shall be filled in a garbage bag and transported through a movable garbage High-density polyethylene bins, etc., complete all as directed by the engineer-in-charge. Note: This item shall be done two times on each working day. early morning (07.30 hrs) and after lunch time (14.00 hrs).
Mopping the floors two times a day for all the areas from 'L' floor to 8th floor in all rooms, halls, cabins, etc., outside lift lobby, common corridor, Central and 2 emergency staircases, and all other common areas wherever mopping can be done, and other area as mentioned in the sweeping & waste collection item, including the cost of all required materials & other necessary tools and tackels, etc., and disposing off waste water, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Guidelines : 1. Mopping shall be done two times a day, which means A one-time operation consists of mopping twice, once with phenylated water and again with plain water. 2. Mopping shall be done daily during the contract period. 3. The quantity shall be A minimum of 2.25 to 2.5 liters of phenyle (Dettol, Lizol, or equivalent Disinfectant) as per Indian Standard 14364: 1996 (reaffirmed in 2013) shall be used for a one-day mopping operation as per the approximate mopping area of 40,000–45,000 sq ft, and the quantity required for one month shall be kept in the department store in advance. 4. The phenyle material must be odorless or have a pleasant odor. 5. The cleaning frequency specified above should be done in the morning, followed by cleaning at regular intervals throughout the day (as per the timing of the services specified) and as and when instructed by the duty-in-charge. 6. Separate staff, with a minimum of one at each floor as per the timings of cosmetic maintenance, are required to carry out the work to be deputed by the contractor daily. The rate will be quoted based on the amount of phenyle disinfectant and the daily consumable quantity. 7. Moping should be done in such a manner that no markings are visible when the area is dried. 8. While mopping on floors, a warning sign board should be placed at each location floorwise, i.e., Wet Surface Walk With Caution. Note : If it is found that the mopping operation is not happening as per the above guidelines, then measurements will not be taken for the same on that particular day.
Daily cleaning and mopping of the toilet block four times a day, operation should be mopped and cleaned the sanitarywares with a premium quality disinfectant agent as per IS 7983 (1994)(disinfectant agent shall be used after having been approved by E-I-C) and second with plain water for all Common and officer toilets of ladies and gents toilets as listed below, including cleaning and washing glazed tile dado, urinal pans and their bottle traps, IWC and EWC, wash basins, SS sinks, mirrors, each door of the toilets with cleansing agent as stated above and scrubbed with an appropriate brush, etc. Glazed surfaces should first be applied with a thin paste of cleansing powder or agent and rubbed uniformly with cotton waste, plastic soft, or sponge for complete cleaning in locations inclusive of all costs of materials, tools, plant, and labor for carrying out the above cleaning, etc. Complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following toilets: (At 8:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m.,2:30 p.m, 4.30PM) (Note : The toilet/ sanitarywares shall always looks neat and clean throughout a day) a) For North & South Wing Security entrance Ladies & Gents Toilets b) From 'L' to 8th floor Ladies & Gents Toilet blocks from all location including Extension wing area NOTE: 1. In this item, the agency needs to supply hand wash liquid in each and every toilet in an ample amount of quantity (minimum 5 liters per day for all users of 'L' to '8th' floor and shall comply with the conditions as per IS 4199 (B) (2001). The agency shall also provide a liquid soap container or dispenser that shall have a capacity of 600 ml, the same shall be of suitable and durable quality, and be kept in each toilets as per the needs of the users. 2. A minimum of 5.5 - 7.5 liters of toilet disinfectant of agent (Preferably Harpic) as per IS 7983 (1994) shall be used for daily cleaning work; the quantity required for one month shall be kept in the department store in advance. 3. In addition to cleaning toilets and sanitaryware, agencies need to put napthalene balls & Odonil multicolour fragrance blocks in Urinal pots/ wash basins, sinks, walls and over the net or jali of all the floor traps to control the entry of insects and bad odors in toilets and also provide a premium quality urinal screen mat in each urinal pot. All these materials must be changed on every fortnight. (Note : During a routine round of departmental representatives, if it is found that any of the mentioned materials are missing or not provided, a recovery of Rs. 1000 for each incident shall be imposed.)
Sweeping and cleaning the approach roads from the in-gate of V.S. Bhavan to the out-gate behind the leading ground level, as well as all the cross roads and footpaths around the building, the new carparking area, two-wheeler parking area, backside of vikram bhavan area and all other nearby areas as shown by the departmental supervisor, etc. sweeping with Hard broom & Waste (All dry/ floating) collected to be packed and disposed off to the department dust bin, including cost of labor, broom, wheel borrow, ghamela, etc. Complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Sagregating of all the dry and wet waste at the waste bin/collection area identified at the back side of Vikram Bhavan. All the generated waste shall be sagregated in a dry and wet waste manner and filled in disposable polyethylene bags of 50–100 ltr capacity. The wet waste shall be transported to the TSH/Bagirathi biogas plant, and dry waste shall be again sagregated from paper, plastic, glass, cardboard, and in all other forms, and the same shall be disposed off outside V S Bhavan premises as directed by the Engineer in Charge. While sagregating this all waste care shall be taken so that the area of garbage collection always looks neat and clean and no garbage shall be left over in the evening of each working day. (Note : A minimum of two helpers are needed to do this work every day with all the required materials, including polythelene bags, movable bins, and other necessary transportation arrangements with all protective gear.).
Daily cleaning of Elevator/ lifts of 8 nos. in V S Bhavan twice a day, including cleaning and mopping of lifts Car floor with phynoiled and plain water, dusting and wiping of car SS panes, panels, hanging telephone instruments, outside touchscreen tabs, etc. with premium-quality liquid of Colin & Water, etc. with no stains or splashing leftover. Apply a very good quality of mild fragrance air freshener inside each lift car, all as directed by the engineer in charge.
Daily cleaning of the front side garden area once a day, including sweeping, dusting, and mopping at all the tile and paved surfaces in the passage and seating area, including the stage, etc. sweeping with a hard or soft broom and mopping with phenolic and plain water, all as directed by the engineer in charge.
Removing cobweb from 'L' to '8th' floor from the staircase, corridors, common areas, canopies, aluminum louvers of service shafts, passages, lift lobby, cabins, rooms, toilet area, etc., and all other areas as mentioned in Cosmetic Maintenance Work Item No. 1, including cost of labor and tools such as aluminum ladders, wipers, hard or soft brooms with or without sticks, etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (The cleaning should be done once in a week.) Note: If the cob web is found on any day at any place, such as a corner of the room, the ceiling, or other places, etc., all such cob webs should be removed immediately.
Cleaning, dusting, wiping, and vacuuming by canister vacuum cleaner off all entry and exit glazed or non-glazed doors, window glass panes, ventilators and louvers, aluminum shutters, aluminum fixed panels, track windows from the common passage area from 'L' to '8th' floors, 'L' and '0' floor murals, shining shone tile work over walls and columns, etc. dusting with a soft duster with water with the necessary arrangements and staircase handrails, Notice board glass panes, service shafts of toilets, and cleaning of flush door shutters of office rooms, toilet doors, flush doors of WC entrance, etc., including washing with soap water and with plain water wherever necessary without causing damages to adjoining areas; also cleaning of white glazed dado tiles of toilets, water cooler areas, etc., including cost of materials, tools and plants, labor, etc. Complete all as directed by the engineer-in-charge. (The frequency of this work shall be twice a week.)
Cleaning of all the surrounding area outside & all around the V S Bhavan including sweeping of all the dry & floating waste & transported to the designated place within Anushaktinagar colony including all labours, tools, tackles machineries & mechanical transport arrangement all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.(The frequency of this work shall be twice a week.)
Deep Cleaning and mopping of the toilet block once a week, operation should be mopped and cleaned the sanitarywares with a premium quality disinfectant agent as per IS 7983 (1994)(disinfectant agent shall be used after having been approved by E-I-C) and second with plain water for all Common and officer toilets of ladies and gents toilets as listed below, including cleaning and washing all glazed tile dado, urinal pans and their bottle traps, IWC and EWC, wash basins, SS sinks, mirrors, CP appurtances etc. at each door of the toilets with cleansing agent as stated above and scrubbed with an appropriate brush, etc. Glazed surfaces should first be applied with a thin paste of cleansing powder or agent and rubbed uniformly with cotton waste, plastic soft, or sponge for complete cleaning in locations inclusive of all costs of materials, tools, plant, and labor for carrying out the above cleaning, etc. Complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Cleaning thoroughly the existing service shaft behind the Gents and Ladies toilets on floors from 'L' to the 8th floor of V.S. Bhavan, including cleaning thoroughly the existing PVC SWR pipes of all wastes, removing rags, loose materials,cob webs, cloth pieces, broken concrete pieces, and all other such deleterious materials, including lift and lead charges,cost of all labor, tools, accessories, garbage bags, etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(The frequency of this work shall be twice in month.)
Removing all types of chokes carefully from the wash basins, urinals, WC, and EWC as and when required by choke-up remover, rodding, or other suitable means wherever found necessary, including thoroughly removing the dirt, laying it in and around the area, disposing of it, etc. inclusive of the cost of labor, tools, and plants, all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
