Providing 02 Nos of 11kV MCVCB Switchgears for load bifurcation at 220/66/11kV Receiving Station, Hosdurga (Madhurae) KPTCL Including Supply of Equipments/Materials, Erection (Including Civil Works), Under Partial Turnkey Percentage Tender Basis, (Excluding the Major Materials Such As Switchgears Will Be Supplied by KPTCL) Testing & Commissioning & other allied works

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

The Tenderer should possess valid Super Grade Electrical Contractors License issued by the Government of Karnataka as on the date of Bid Submission and shall upload the same along with other bidding documents failing which the offer will be rejected.

Bidder shall be financially sound and shall submit Audited financial statements including Balance sheets, Profit and Loss statements, Turn Over Certificate, Auditors Reports of the last five years preceding the date of bid submission of the Bidder.

Average Annual Turnover (AAT) of the bidder for best two years out of preceding five financial years (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) ending on March or December as the case may be, shall not be less than Rs.48.63 Lakhs
