Liquid Poly Aluminium Chloride (Medium Basicity) Specification Conforming to BIS Specification 15573-2018. Other Specification 1. The bidder should be a manufacturer or should be authorized by any manufacturer for the respective tender. 2. The bidder should submit Toxic Report from ITRC Lucknow or any other Govt. Laboratory and should have the following criteria. a) Acute Oral Toxicity b) Toxicity for primary skin irritation. c) Sub acute devmal toxicity. 3. Manufacturer should submit valid ISO certificate 4. Manufacturer will submit an affidavit that “we are not buying and using spent Aluminium Chloride manufacturing “Poly Aluminium Chloride”. 5. Valid BIS Certificate should be submitted.
