All work up to plinth level in 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 coarse, sand: 8 graded stone aggregate of 40 mm Nominal size (Crushed) all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, head load (if any) cost and carriage of material involved complete.

P/ L of Cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation, finishing and tamping all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, head load (if any) cost and carriage of material involved complete.

Centering & Shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of the form work for foundation, footings bases of columns blocks etc. complete.

50mm cement concrete flooring in 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2coarse sand: 4graded stone aggregate) 20 mm Nominal size finished with a floating coat of neat cement slurry including all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, head (if any) costs and carriages complete.

12mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 mix (1 cement: 4 course sand) including cost and carriage of material complete.

Steel work in built up tabular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc. including, cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying readymix primer two or more coats of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers complete in all respects with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, head load (if any) costs and carriages complete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more including all costs and carriages complete.
