Calibration of FIP of 100 to 250 KVA DG set including minor repair complete all as directed

Dismantling of radiator assembly from generating set and re-fixing of the same after and including proper cleaning of the same with caustic soda and brazing the tube if any leakage complete all as directed for 62.5 KVA DG set.

Dismantling of radiator assembly from generating set and re-fixing of the same after and including proper cleaning of the same with caustic soda and brazing the tube if any leakage complete all as directed for 100-250 KVA DG set.

Supply only Engine oil 15W40 to top up/ refilling of all DG set of various capacity, model & location as per the direction of Enger-in-charge.

Supply only Coolant suitable for DG set complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of asbestos rope(flat type) for exhaust pipe of generating set complete all as directed.

M & L for rewinding of Stator/Rotor coil of alternator/Rectifier Coil Unit of 63 KVA DG set with super enamelled/ paper coated copper wire of existing gauge including all connected insulating material such as separator etc, varnishing, replacement of carbon bushes including disconnection/dismantling of electrical connections, foundation bolts, pulling out of rotor with proper care and reinsulation of burnt out rotor/stator after rewinding work including re-assembling and testing complete all as directed.

Dismantling Alternator from generating set of any capacity and re-fixing of the same after and including proper cleaning. Note-Lifting of Alternator by Recovery and transportation to workshop is inclusive in item rate quoted

M&L for Bearing cover plate material welding and cutting with help of leth machine complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Bearing Code:6312-2z/c3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repair nozzle puller suitable for DG set of capacity 100 to k 250 kva complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the cylinder head from DG set of Cap 125 KVA and shifting to workshop and back for and including carrying out following repair works :- (a) Decarbonising and cleaning the cylinder head assy. (b) Head grinding and polishing (c) Sheet cutting and fitting of cylinder head (d) Fixing value guide.

Dismantling of radiator assembly from generating set and re-fixing of the same after and including proper cleaning of the same with caustic soda and brazing the tube if any leakage complete all as directed for 125 KVA DG set.

Supply & fix in repair/replacement the governor(Actuator) suitable for 250 KVA DG Set servicing of Actuator replacement of spares as necessary and reassembling after necessary repair works and testing complete all as specified and directed. Loc-102 Sqn
