M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 80mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure all as specified and as directed

Supply, installation and commmissioning LT out door loop in loop out panel board with sloping canopy of size 600mmx450mmx300mm made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of rex oxide primer, front and rear hinged doors mounted on 40x40x6 mm MS angle iron frame 90 cms height erected in ground with PCC foundation 1:4:8 with 40mm graded stone aggregate including supply and fixing insulated aluminium bus bar of size 50x 6mm for three phase and neutral 200mm length respectively mounted on insulators and terminating with suitable cable with glands and provision of two MCCB's 63 Amps 4 pole ,415 Amps, 50 Hz of breaking capacity 16 KA as incomer including taking down old terminal boxes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically , depth of earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to and including 4 mm dia GI earth wire as earth lead upto a length of 7.5 metre long fixed by means of bolts,nuts,check nuts, washers etc. and protected by GI pipe light grade 15mm dia and 20mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 bed and chamber RCC (1:2:4) type B1 ,iron grill including GI cover with hinge,backfill with salt and charcoal, wire mesh,funnel,lugs etc all as applicable and provision of test point including connected to earth test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, inclduing taking out old earthing material and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair terminal box made out of SMC with hinged door and locking arrangements of size 140x140x95mm Including ,Backelite 4 way connector,M S Clamps suitable for pole ,PCC/MS/GI/rail etc. with bolt, nut and washer, electrical connections incl MCB SP 6-32 Amps complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. M & L for point wiring complete for one street light point controlled by one MCB SP 6 Amp capacity with copper conductor cables, FRLS of size 1.5 sq.mm from street light junction box to street light fittings in PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia and fixed with pole by clamps/GI wire.
