Environmental Support Services (Up-keeping) for offices / Ancillary Buildings (excluding toilets) including scrubbing and cleaning ,wet and dry vacuum cleaning of floors, Internal / External walls , furniture , metal accessories /surfaces etc. complete with labour, materials and machines etc as per requirement and direction of officer-in-Charge. (Rate to be quoted for single shifts)

Environmental Support Services for Paved/ Metalled areas i/c kerb area, footpaths/ approach roads/basement area etc. of Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan complete with labour, materials & machines as required as per scope of work and direction of officer-in-Charge. (Rate to be quoted for single shifts)

Environmental Support Services for Toilet blocks in offices / Ancillary Buildings including scrubbing and cleaning of floors, tiles, Counters, Walls, sanitary fixtures & fittings and cleaning of metal accessories etc. Providing toilets papers, soaps, sanitary cubes, urinal pads etc. complete with labour, materials & machines as required as per scope of work and direction of officer-in-Charge. (Rate to be quoted for single shifts)

Environmental Support Services (Up-keeping of external / internal façade and glass panes of windows) of buildings complete with labour, materials & machines as required as per scope of work nd direction of officer-in-Charge. (Rate to be quoted for single shifts)

Providing services of sweeper for the general toilet as and when required including necessary tools.

Providing and fixing Automatic Aerosol Dispenser (Good Sense of diversify or equivalent make ) with battery and spray control system as per direction and satisfaction of Officer-in-charge or his authorised supervisor.

Supply of refill for automatic aerosol dispeser machine (Good Sense of diversify or equivalent make ) as mentioned in item no.6 as per direction and satisfaction of Officer-in-charge or his authorised supervisor.

Supplying of Drain Cleaner and maintainer (Suma drain or equivalent) for cleaning the toilet urinal drains (having following specification - specific gravity between 1.32 to 1.38, total alkalinity content as Na2O between 22 to 23, product 1% pH is between 12-13, percentage chlorine content between 1.5-2.1) as per direction and satisfaction of Officer-in-charge or his authorised supervisor.

Supplying of Odour Eliminator (Good Sense or equivalent) for removing order from urinals (having following specification - specific gravity between 0.98 to 1.01, product neat pH is between 6.0-7.5, percentage surface active shouls be 1.5% minimum, product viscosity between 300 to 500) as per direction and satisfaction of Officer-in-charge or his authorised supervisor.
