Providing and fixing roofing sheet, cladding with 0.47 mm thick colour coated concealed system profile corrugated/semi corrugated/ plain zincalume sheets of 55 MPa yield stress (AS 1397 - Zincalume AZ 150) with coating class AS/NZS 2728 (minimum 150 grams per relevant standard) having a total coating thickness of 35 micron. The sheet should be rolled over specially designed concealed fixing clip manufactured from high tensile Aluminium Zinc alloy Zincalume steel based and galvanized hooks. The clip should be fastened with minimum 40 micron Zinc coated/ minimum 25 micron Zinc-Tin alloy coated. The rate is inclusive of all fixtures required for fixing the side roof, cladding on all sides, ridges etc. as per technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system of (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S tubes, M.S tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge and safety section. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. (Quantity will be operated for works above 3 m elevation as per site requirement)
