-Supply and lowering 219.10mm outer dia ERW steel pipes as per 4270-1993 as amended upto date only ISI marked housing pipes in 4mts. To 7mts. Random length with 46.20mm of threaded ends thread to an inch or 25.48mm manufacture out of 6.40 mm thick M.S. plates with required number of M.S. suckers width inside threads to match the pipe threads & made out of M.S. plates into borehole. In vertical position including cost of all scaffolding derricks, in pole tools and plates ropes & gays M.S. clamp embedded in foundation etc. completed in all respect to the works including cost of all cutting and threading of pipes where required and all suckers.

-Supply and lowering 219.10mm outer dia mild steel slotted tube to be as per IS: 4270-1992 (with upto date amendments) duly ISI mark in random length and with design of slots as per IS:8110-1985 and ISI 1800-1991 part-I with up to date amendments and with circumferential well made out of thick M.S. sheet these will also be screwed with required number of M.S. socket of specification as per item number -2 above for jointing the slotted length and plan I.R.W. steel pipe.

-219.10mm MS clamp as per 15.226-1975 as amended upto date for serving the housing pipe a supported on two girders not less than 100mm x 1500mm and two matters long each embedded in suitable foundation as approved by engineer-in-charge.

-Development of tube well according to clause 9.3 of ISI 2800-1991 part-I as amended upto date specification attached or as directed by engineer-in-charge of including the cost of all consumable stores, fuel, oil, compressor pumps, other tools and plant and machinery as required for this work. (a) When development is down by compressor 600CFM/250PSI GPM/350 as per suitable rating 40 hours.

-Drilling 279.40mm dia bore by direct drilling method generally according to ISI specification No. 2800-1991 Part-I and amended upto date but modified to extent of the specification in rocky area including cost of all consumable stores, fuels, oils, soil, establishing material & transportation of rig and other accessories to the site of proposed bore and back complete to the satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

-Supply and lowering 168.30 outer dia mild steel slotted tube to be as per IS: 2470-1992 (with up to date amendments) duly ISI mark in random length and with design of slots as per IS: 8110-1985 and ISI 1800-1991 part-I with upto date amendments and with circumferential well made out of 5.4m thick with required number of M.S. sockets of specification as per item number-2 above for jointing the slotted length and plan I.R.W. steel pipe

-Supply of 7.5 HP 10 stage submersible motor pump. CRI make with all charges loading/ unloading, transportation complete in all respects.

-Supplying and fixing well threaded MS cap for 219.10mm outer dia MS pipe as per 226-1975 (as amended up to date) to the satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

-Supplying and lowering 168.30 outer dia ERW steel pipes as per as 270-1992 emended upto date only ISI marked housing pipes in 4rmt. To 7rmt. Random length with of threaded ends (8 thread to an inch or 25.4mm) manufactured out of 5.4mm thick MS plates with required number of MS suckers width inside threads to match the pipe threads & made out of Ms plates into borehole. In vertical position including cost of all scaffolding derricks in pole tools and plates ropes & gays M.S. clamp embedded in foundation etc. complete in all respect to the satisfaction of engineer-in-charge of the works including cost of all cutting and threading of pipes where required and all suckers.

-Supplying and Packing graded gravel of size as per I: 4067-1988 (with upto date amendment) and specification attached with this schedule of item of work. The gravel should be free from dust, dirt or vegetable matters, packing to be done from the housing pipe to the bottom of liner are round in the bore and will be placed after liner and suitably clamped. Thickness and size of gravel packing will be as directed by the Engineer-in-charge strictly as per relevant ISI. per 100 cum
