Taking down old UNSV ACSR conductor, any type and size from the poles and supply and fixing new ACSR conductor including stringing on LT poles complete including aluminium binding wires, jumpering, bindings at insulators etc, complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unsv and S&F Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No-1 (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately) with stay rod 16mm dia, MS plate 6mm thick size 230x230mm, complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unsv and M&L for anti-climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round,square and flat) including nuts,bolts,washer and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole.

Dismantling old unsv and S&F Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain white , brown, green small size with overall dimensions 65mm x 90mm clearance of hole 16mm, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supplying & fixing of shackle type porcelain, vitreous , white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps washers insulator bolts, washer and nuts of size 100 mm height, 115mm dia for working pressure 1100 volts including dismantling old unsv complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unsv and Supply and fixing of shock treatment chart as per E-in-C's pattern size 2 feet x 4 feet aluminium board with alluminium frame & glass with houging aggrements all as directed.

Dismantling old unsv and Supply and fixing of post top lantern LED type 20 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unsv and Supply and fixing in repairs end termination (Heat shrinkable) joint kit suitable for 1.1 KV UG XLPE cable of size 185 to 300 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Taking down old UNSV flood light, any type and size from the poles and Supply and fixing inreplacement of LED Flood light with'CUB' LED light 200 watt presure die cast housing with epoxy power coated dark graphite grey colour finish. polycarbonate cover with individual LED lenses , inbuilt electronic driver and providing necessary connections with 2 core 2.5 Sqmm stranded PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor upto 3 metre length .

Dismantling old unsv and Supplying & fixing in replacement of street light fitting GI bracket made out of 40mm bore GI pipe, light grade, tubing bend to shape, 1.2 metre long, fixed to pole/wall with and including two sets of clamps made out of flat iron of size 50 x 6 mm with bolts, nuts and washers, complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unsv and Supplying & fixing in replacement of clamps made out of 40x6 mm bending to shape, drilling holes for bolts suitable for fixing GI pipe bracket to steel pole, made in two halves, including nuts, bolts, washers and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel water tubing, light grade, galvanised (ISI marked), 50 mm bore with all fittings, laid in trenches/ under roads or fixed to poles for passing cables for protection of cables including taking down old unsv steel water tubing complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty LT cable 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor laid in trenches, on poles, through pipes, fixed to walls etc cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 3.5 core including taking down old unsv cable , complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty LT cable 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor laid in trenches, on poles, through pipes, fixed to walls etc cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core including taking down old unsv complete, all as specified and directed.

Streching of loose ACSR conductor including jumpering, binding,etc all as required in LT OH line, complete, all as directed. Note:- Disconnecting the existing security light or cable connection before stringing and reconnecting after stringing is included in the rates quoted.

Taking down old unsv solar light and Supply and fixing led solar light fitting 24watt including galvanized steel pole in built, lithium ion battery, solar panel charge controller with dusk down sensor complete.

Dismantling old unsv and Supply, installing, testing & commissioning of LT sheet metal enclosure outdoor type dust & Vermin proof (duly painted with powder coating 6 tank process). Cable lugs are to be used to terminate cables/wires, and necessary connections all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, self supporting fabricated out of CRCA steel sheet 3.15 mm thick, of size ( 1000x700x350 )with base mounted on angle iron frame (40x40x4 mm) incldg 4 Legs 60 cms long made of angle iron (40x40x4 mm) grouted 30 cms below ground with PCC 1:2:4, cubicle type comprising of following:- (a) Onload Changeover Switch 100 Amps, 4 pole - 01 Nos. Dismantling old unsv and Supplying & fixing of GI wire as earth wire of size 4mm dia as required at site complete all specified and directed.

Dismantling old unsv and Supplying & fixing of connection/Junction box made out of 1.6mm thick MS sheet front openable, weather & vermin proof including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red primer. Connection box shall be suitable for housing & including aluminium bus bar 25 Amps cap - 2 Nos, MCB SP 6 Amps- 01 No and having provision of cable hole in bottom for two to three cables of size 16 Sqmm 4 core armoured cable connection box shall be fitted on street light pole and fixing arrangements i.e. MS clamps etc deemed to be provided by the contractor, size of box - 200 x 150 x 100mm, complete, all as directed.

Dismantling old unsv and Supplying & fixing of double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 63 mm outer dia confirming to IS-14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with fittinggs for cable protection complete all as specified and direcetd.

Dismantling old unsv and Supplying & fixing of non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade 20 mm dia ISI marked to be fixed on pole with all fittings including mouth pieces for passing of sub main wiring, complete, all as directed.

Dismantling old unsv and M&L Cable PVC insulated PVC unsheathed un-armoured copper conductor (multi stranded) of cross sectional area 2.5 sqmm 2 core all as required for connections to light fittings, complete, all as directed.

M&L for fuse barrel assy upto 25 Amp, ISI marked complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unsv and Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged type pole 410 SP 31 (9 mtr long) including foundation complete with cast iron /MS base plate of size 300mmx300mmx6mm continously welded at the centre of the pole and MS cap at the top of the pole all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally for embedded portion and applying of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer above 1.5 mtr from GL and making of size 30 cm wide of black and white synthetic enamel paint alternately upto 1.5 m from ground level complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth, for foundations, laying of pipes etc and not exceeding 10Sqm on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete, all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete, all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying reiforced precast cable cover class LV Type I flat size 250mmmx 150mm x40 mm for the protection of cable laid flat dry across the cable complete all as specified.

Dismantling old unsv and Supply and fixing of power contractor 4 Pole 415 volt AC1 rating 400 Amp incl neseccary electrical connection as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Supply and fix in replacement of sheet metal enclosure, Triple pole and neutral AC, 415 volts, 04 way, with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar and IP - 42& IK 09 protection including provision of four pole 100 Amp isolator and MCBs of cap 20 to 40 Amps as incomer with metal double door and flush to wall including all cutting etc on wall and making good including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing disturbed surfaces complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of MCCB 4 Pole 'C' series 630 amps capacity AC 415 V,35kA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 4 pole 400 Amps 35 KA capacity AC 415 v complete all as specified and directed.

M &L of Renewing tiles in patches, area n exc 5 sq.m. including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & fixing of Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated & directed and including one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, including dismantling old unsv cross arms of M.S. channel or angle section etc , complete, all as specified and directed.

Supplying & fixing of pin insulator porcelain vitreous, white, brown & green incl. One galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade including dismantling old unsv complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F of Galvanized stay strand, size 7/2.24 mm, incl taking down the old unserviceable stay wire, complete, all as specified and directed.

Refixing only street light fittings any type or capacity including making connections with cables and testing, complete, all as specified and directed including taking down old unsv and necessary repairs of spares and fitting . Note:- Cable required for replacement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty LT cable 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor laid in trenches, on poles, through pipes, fixed to walls etc cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core,including taking out existing unserviceable cable complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting of steel tubular pole 9.0 metre long, by applying two coat of aluminium paint after scraping / brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and cross arms. Aluminium painting will be done on pole above 1.5 metre height from ground level and balance 1.5 mtr from ground level will be painted by alternate layer of black and white enameled paint (30 Cms each). Pole Nos will be written on pole by black paint in yellow circle of 150mm dia, complete, all as specified and directed. Note:- Only one coat will be applied at one time and payment at 50% of coated rate to be applied at the first time of first coat. Second coat is to be done more than 15 days after first coat.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m.

Supply and laying Sub Class 'B' common burnt bricks, old size, designated 75, laid dry, flat with width equal to length of brick & with gaps between the adjucent bricks not exceeding 10mm as cover laid over the cable to give mechanical protection to under ground cable, complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing earthings and M&L for replacement of 'Earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cmx 60cm x 6 mm thick surrounded by mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers , buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top as of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to equipment by using GI strips of size 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts ,nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel earth wire protected by galvanised steel pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and 20mm bore "Light' grade GI watering pipe connected to main switch or main control board or GOD or lightening arrester all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR - 2009(Pt I) & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal and salt in alternate layers, 20 mm bore GI pipe (Light grade ) for watering , protection pipe funnel, wire mesh , PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber in cement concrete ,50 mm thick precast RCC M-25 ( Design mix) cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg /sqm ) and CI frame etc , and including provision of test point , connecting to test point and testing on completion etc, complete all as specified. NOTE : The unit rate include earthing lead and protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate.

Supply & fixing Glavanised iron strip 32x6mm buried in ground.

M & Laying cement concrete for foundation fillings and mass conctere type D2 1:4:8 ( 40 mm graded aggregate ) complete all as specified and directed.

M & Laying cement concrete for copying of poles type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded crused stone aggregate) ,smooth finishing without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. .

Amount of credit of Rs. 64330.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
