Dismantling and Removing old damaged Tar felt from roof.

40mm Thick Grading concrete in prop.(1:2:4) with 12mm & 6mm size Gr C.B chips on old roof surface and chajja including all materials with cleaning the surface.
12mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:4 over brick work.
Providing and laying APP (Atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrane black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 lit/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 250C (0.87-0.89 kg/lit and viscosity 70-160 CPS. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane torch and sealing all joints etc. and preparing the surface completely. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under: joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 230C as 650/450N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N softening point of membrane not less than 1500C. Cold flexibility shall be up to -20C when tasted in accordance with ASTM, D-5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorized applicator of the manufacturer of membrane

Supply and fixing Aluminum sliding/Push pull Door with anodized (Hindalco) aluminum section with door closer, handle, lock & top portion 5mm thick smoke glass and bottom portion ACP board,etc complete including all .
Supply and fixing Aluminum sliding windows with anodized (Hindalco) aluminum section & lovers with 5mm thick smoke glass including all.
Brick work with Ash brick in CM 1:6
2.5cm thick A.S flooring in CC(1:2:4)
Outside Painting two coats with weather seal coat over a coat of water bound wall primer
Providing and applying damp guard of approved make two coats after scraping and cleaning the surface
Finishing wall surface with acrylic wall putty scraping and cleaning the surface
Premier Plastic paints 2 coats over primer after scraping and cleaning the surface.
Enamel painting one coatover old/new wood/iron work
