Scarifying or of picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadum surface in area exc 400 sqm ,exc. 50mm but n.exc 100 mm deep, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) aggregte lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite, spread, watered and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 2 here in above but except coarse aggregate (Material obtained from item No 01 shall be used).

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with a brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to removal all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre using paving Bitumen of grade VG-10, complete all as specified and directed.

Premix bituminous macadam with paving bitumen (Grade VG-30) @4% by weight of total Mix, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less), complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to pot holes, any depth, not exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scouring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded Road Metal, watering & well ramming (INCLUDING SUPPLY OF ROAD METAL) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing cake mud etc sweeping with broom and finally the cleaned suface with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 05 kg per 10 sq metre using paving Bitumen of grade VG-10, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with paving bitumen of grade VG-30, 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with paving bitumen of grade VG-30, 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2.5 mm thick hot thermo plastic road marking material strips conforming to British specification 3762 with 20% glass beads having reflective index of 1.5mm, 75% spherical indigenous or for foundation plan having sufficient strength to withstand heavy load without deformaion and having softening point 25 to 30 of area in width not exc. 15 cm strip in white or golden yellow colour according to IRC35-1970. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note. Thermo plastic road marking paint shall be of make Aisan/ STP Ltd./Road Nevigator
