Providing and fixing approved quality outdoor artificial vertical garden comprising UV stabilized, weatherproof, fade-resistant and fire-retardant artificial foliage panels having minimum 95% coverage, fixed over suitable GI square tube framework (minimum 25x25x1.6 mm or as approved) duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chromate primer or powder-coated, including cutting, welding, drilling, anchoring to wall/structure with necessary anchor fasteners, nuts, bolts, clamps and all accessories required for proper installation. The artificial foliage shall be suitable for outdoor environmental conditions including exposure to sunlight, rain and dust, complete with transportation, loading, unloading, labour, tools and plants/panels, scaffolding/staging wherever required and all incidental works complete as per approved design and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing, Supplying, Transporting, Installing and Fixing FRP Security Cabin of size 4'-0" x 4'-0" x 7'-1" complete as per approved design and specifications, consisting of 3 mm thick FRP wall panels on both sides with 25 mm thick polyurethane foam insulation (32 kg/cum density) sandwiched between inner and outer walls, mounted on MS angle frame structure, complete with one lockable powder-coated aluminium door frame with partly glazed and partly panelled shutter, 5 mm thick glass, two powder-coated sliding aluminium windows with 4 mm thick glass, FRP flat roof with projections, polyurethane paint finish in approved shade, internal electrical wiring, one tube light inside, one tube light outside, two 5 Amp electrical sockets with switches, all accessories, fittings, labour, loading, unloading, transportation, erection, fixing in position and making operational complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and placing FRP Decorative Flower Pot of size 24" dia × 18" height, manufactured from Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP), weather resistant, UV stabilized, approved colour and finish, including transportation, loading, unloading, placing at site complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
