SURVEY & DEMARCATION WORK OF RESERVE FOREST / PROTECTED FOREST / COMPENSATORY AFFORESTATION (CA LAND AREA) FORESTS BOUNDARY, PROVIDING, FIXING AND PAINTING TO RCC PILLARS WORKS IN BANAVASI RANGE OF SIRSI DIVISION DURING THE YEAR 2026-27(DPF-04).

1)Any individual, Firm / Agency, Partnership firm, Company, having Class-III Contractor Registered with BDA, NH, PWD, CPWD, Railways, MES, any other Government organization or Public sector undertaking having suitable technical, financial and managerial capabilities are eligible to apply. Certificate to be uploaded duly signed by the competent authority.

2)Forest Contractor Registration certificate As per Article 72 of the Karnataka Forest Code 1976 for the year 2026-27 Registration should be done in the office of the Deputy Conservator of Forests, TA to Conservator of Forests, Working Plan, Dharwad.

3)The tenderer should have minimum 2 years of Experience in last 5 year in survey work.

4)After completion of the Survey & Demarcation Work, the respective contractor is responsible for 1year, if there are any disputes arise, regarding this contractor instructed to upload undertaking letter compulsorily.

5)The tenderer, as an employer should have at least 3 surveyors with civil engineering/Diploma in survey/JOC Survey/ITI Survey Qualification there should have 3 years of experience in surveying. It is also required to produce relevant records of payment to such engaged surveyors and those payment are necessarily been tally with the audited balance sheet.

6)The tenderer should enclose the list of survey equipment owned/hired/leased with him/her.

7)Last Two years experience certificate for having carried out survey and demarcation works to the magnitude of Rs. 50Lakhs obtained by the officer not below the Rank of Deputy Conservator of Forests should be enclosed.

8)Qualification information and Document for forestry work-experience (Clause 3.1.b) as per formats given in Format-01

9)Copy of Aadhar Card, Copy of PAN and Permanent Address

10)To qualify for the award of this contract, each Tenderer in his/her/its name should have in the last five years (i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26). i) Achieved in at least three financial years a minimum financial turnover (in works such as survey using Chain & Compass latest GPS devices and works including cement concrete works) of e-Tender Amount/Estimate Amount certified by a chartered accountant. ii) Satisfactory completion, as a prime contractor for at least one similar nature of work (as mentioned above) for an amount of the 50% of e-Tender Amount/Estimate Amount. Duly certified by the competent authority.

11)List of experienced man power available along with Technical Qualification essential to execute the work with him for taking up the Work/Works.

12)Last three year Income Tax returns (2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) with copies of above period certified by a Chartered Accountant.

13)Availability of credit facilities of the 50% of e-Tender Amount/Estimate Amount. (Credit lines / Letter of Credit / Certificates) from banks, for meeting the fund requirement etc. A scanned copy of the same shall be attached along with the Technical bid, failing which the bids will not be considered.

14)All relevant certificates from Labour Department to supply labourer for the tendered work.

15)Relevant GST registration documents and GST clearance certificate. (Copies of GST Returns of Past Three Years 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26).
