CIVIL- Power Transformer foundations

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches, drains, pipes and cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5mtr in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5mtr including getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus soil as directed, within a lead of 50 mtr. Ordinary rock Up to a depth of 2.00m below the existing ground level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) (A) Crushed

Providing and laying in position machine· batched, machine mixed and machine vibrated -design mix cement concrete of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete structural elements, excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including Admixtures in recommended proportions, (as per IS 91 03) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge-M-25 grade reinforced cement concrete. All work upto plinth level.

Shuttering: Foundations footings, bases of columns, walls etc. for mass concrete.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Dismentalin of existing 6.3MAv PTR from wooden/temporary bed

Shifting of exiting 6.3MVA power transformer placed on wooden bars to other side for construction of power transformer bed by way of unjumpering of conductor, if any

Erection of 6.3MVA power trasnsformer

Erection of 6.3MVA power transformer available at site on the new transformer bed with all 66KV existing jumpering/connection

Earthing and Lightning protection material (Supply and erection)

75 x 12mm GI Flat for earthing of Transformer body along with nut and bolts

50 x 6 mm Copper flat for earthing of Transformer Neutral on LV Side. (2.69kg/m) along with nut and bolts

Chemical Earthing of Power Transformer (as per standard earthing Practices)
