Supply of hot-dip galvanized steel tubular pole, 9.0 metre long, Type 410 SP-33, having step lengths of 5.0 m + 2.0 m + 2.0 m, sectional outside diameters of 165.1 mm x 139.7 mm x 114.3 mm and wall thicknesses of 5.4 mm x 4.5 mm x 3.65 mm respectively, complete with welded base plate and top cap. The pole shall conform to IS 2713 (Part-II):1980 or latest amendment. The steel tubes used for manufacture shall conform to IS 1161 and/or IS 1239 and shall 1 be hot-dip galvanized as per relevant IS standards. The pole shall be designed to withstand wind loads in accordance with IS 875 (latest edition). The item shall include supply of anti-climbing device consisting of barbed wire arrangement up to 2.5 metres height from ground level complete with GI clamps, nuts, bolts and all accessories. The pole shall also be provided with a danger board of size 200 mm x 150 mm (8" x 6"), fixed with suitable GI clamps, displaying voltage grade, skull symbol and caution markings as per IE Rules and statutory requirements. The item shall be supplied complete in all respects with all hardware, fittings and accessories required for satisfactory installation as per the direction and approval of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Erection of rail/tubular pole by embedding the pole to a depth of one-fifth (1/5th) of its total length in the ground, including excavation of pit of suitable dimensions, dressing, ramming and refilling of excavated earth. The foundation shall consist of a PCC base block of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 150 mm using cement concrete in the proportion of 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 Graded Stone Aggregate of 19 mm and down size). The excavation and foundation work shall be 2 carried out as per approved drawing and standard engineering practice. After erection, the pole shall be properly aligned, plumbed and consolidated by refilling and compacting the excavated earth. The finished foundation shall extend up to 300 mm above ground level to prevent water accumulation around the pole base. All labour, tools, plants, excavation, dewatering (if required), transportation of materials, curing of concrete and incidental works necessary for satisfactory completion of the work shall be included in the item. The work shall be executed complete in all respects as per relevant IS specifications, Railway standards and the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Stringing, Sagging, Testing and Commissioning of LT Aerial Bunched Cable (ABC) of sizes 3 x 120 Sq.mm + 1 x 95 Sq.mm + 1 x 25 Sq.mm(Qty 1500 mtr) and 3 x 95 Sq.mm + 1 x 70 Sq.mm + 1 x 16 Sq.mm (Qty 1300 mtr) complete, including running out of cable, loading, unloading, handling, transportation to site, stringing, sagging, tensioning, clipping on suspension clamps, anchoring on dead-end clamps, dressing of conductors and all associated works required for proper 3 installation. The cable shall comprise aluminium phase conductors, aluminium alloy messenger (neutral) conductor and insulated street lighting conductor suitable for LT distribution system up to 1100 Volts. Proper sag and tension shall be maintained as per manufacturer's recommendations, relevant standards and site conditions. The work shall include crossing of roads, drains, tracks and other utilities, maintaining statutory clearances, testing of insulation resistance and continuity after erection, and commissioning complete in all respects. The work shall be carried out in accordance with IS 14255, IS 398 (Part-IV), IS 7098 (Part-I), IS 5613 and relevant REC/Railway standards and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing of weatherproof FRP/SMC Junction Box of size approximately 390/388 mm x 305/304 mm x 170 mm, suitable for outdoor installation, manufactured from high- strength, UV-stabilized, flame-retardant and impact-resistant FRP/SMC material. The enclosure shall be provided with rubber gasket, hinged door, padlocking arrangement, zinc passivated earth bolt, mounting arrangement and all accessories required for safe and reliable operation. The junction box 4 shall be suitable for 415 Volt, 3-Phase, 4-Wire LT supply system and shall be provided with 04 Nos. Aluminium Busbar Caps of 200 Ampere capacity, complete with insulated supports, phase and neutral busbars, earthing arrangement, cable entry provisions, glands, mounting hardware, nuts, bolts and washers. Supply and fixing of Anchoring Dead-End Clamp Assembly suitable for anchoring bare/insulated messenger conductor of LT Aerial Bunched Cable (ABC) system, comprising of 1 No. anchor/dead-end clamp, 1 No. universal bracket, stainless steel strap, stainless steel buckles, fixing hardware and all associated accessories required for complete installation. The dead-end clamp shall be made of high-strength UV-resistant weatherproof polymer with corrosion-resistant metallic 5 components and shall be suitable for outdoor installation under tropical environmental conditions. The clamp shall securely grip the messenger conductor without damaging the conductor strands or insulation and shall be capable of withstanding the specified mechanical tensile load of the messenger conductor. The universal bracket and associated hardware shall be manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel or equivalent corrosion-resistant material.The item shall include supply, fixing, tightening, testing and commissioning complete with all labour, tools, tackles and accessories required for satisfactory installation at site as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply, Fitting and Fixing of UV Resistant Insulated Cable Tie for LT Aerial Bunched Cable (ABC) up to 1100 Volt Grade, suitable for securing, bundling and fastening of aerial bunched cable and associated conductors/accessories on poles, service supports and distribution structures. 6 The cable ties shall be manufactured from high-strength, weatherproof, UV-stabilized, flame- retardant nylon/polyamide material with self-locking arrangement, suitable for outdoor use under tropical climatic conditions. The cable ties shall possess adequate tensile strength and resistance to moisture, heat, ultraviolet radiation, corrosion and environmental degradation. The item shall include supply, fitting, fixing and tightening complete with all labour, tools, tackles and accessories required for satisfactory installation as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing of LT Suspension Clamp Assembly suitable for supporting and 7 suspending bare/insulated messenger conductor of LT Aerial Bunched Cable (ABC) system, comprising of 1 No. suspension clamp, 1 No. mounting bracket, 1.5 metre long stainless steel strap, 2 Nos. stainless steel buckles, and all associated accessories required for complete installation.

The GI wire shall be adequately tensioned and fixed with suitable 22 clamps, hooks, binding wire, saddles and other necessary accessories as required for proper mechanical support of the cable installation. The GI wire shall be hot-dip galvanized, free from joints, rust, defects and surface irregularities, and shall possess adequate tensile strength to withstand the mechanical load of the supported cable under normal operating conditions. The work shall include cutting of one 26 big branch consisting of a minimum of five (05) small sub-branches, using suitable tools and safety equipment, lowering the cut branches safely to the ground, collection, stacking and disposal/removal from the site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and Fixing of GI Bracket fabricated from GI Channel of size 100 mm x 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm and 1600 mm length, suitable for mounting of pin insulators, shackle insulators, line hardware, covered conductor accessories and other overhead line fittings on steel tubular/rail/PSC poles. The bracket shall be manufactured from hot-dip galvanized channel section 27 conforming to relevant IS specifications and shall be securely clamped to the pole using GI flats of size 50 mm x 6 mm complete with 50 mm x 16 mm galvanized bolts, nuts, spring washers and flat washers. The item shall include drilling of necessary holes, cutting, fabrication, supply, fitting, fixing, alignment and tightening complete with all accessories, labour, tools, tackles and incidental materials required for satisfactory installation. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 12 kV, 630 A, 21 kA/3 sec rating, 7- way, one-side extensible outdoor type SF gas insulated Ring Main Unit (RMU) suitable for 11 kV distribution system in railway installations, conforming to relevant IEC 62271 series standards, complete in all respects with incoming and outgoing feeder arrangements. The RMU shall be of FR1- VI configuration (OLBS + 7 VCB modules) in a modular, stainless steel tank type construction, manually operated, suitable for both-side extensibility, comprising two (2) incoming Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) feeders and five (5) outgoing VCB feeders, suitable for reliable switching, protection and sectionalization of 11 kV distribution network. The unit shall have a fixed type On-Load Break Switch (OLBS) - 1 No., along with seven (7) Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCBs), each suitable for 12 kV system voltage and rated current of 630 A, with short circuit breaking capacity of 21 kA for 3 seconds, ensuring high fault withstand capability and system reliability.
