Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc. Complete all as specified

M& L for point wiring complete with 1100 volts grade, 1.5 sq mm (nominal area) single core, FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi standed copper conductor cable drawn through & including rigid, non-metalic PVC casing caping of suitable size , with all necessary fittings, concealed in walls/roof/floor duly earthed with one run of single core cable of same size but green in colours as continuous earthing wire and connecting to common earth dolly including 1.6mm thick fabricated MS sheet terminal box, flush mounting in the wall for mounting switches/switch socket combinations/fan regulator etc. covered with 3 mm thick laminated sheet complete all as specified for the following: (a) One light point / wall mounted / Exhaust fan controller by one switch

(b) One three pin socket 5/6 Amps plug point indipendent

(c) One 3 pin socket outlet on same board controlled by one switch Note for Ser item No. 02 to 04 : Necessary MS concealed type junction boxes for identifying junction as required on site/directed by Engineer-in-charge for point wiring work with PVC dummy plates shall deem to be included in the quoted rate.

Repair /replacement of old unserviceable light fitting & supply & Fix LED 18 Watt outdoor type light fitting along with required LED lamp, pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant glass, IP 65 protection and fixed on wind direction indicator pole using necessary GI clamps, bolts, nuts and washer including provision of copper flexible cable 23/0.0076 twin twisted PVC insulated cable complete all as specified and directed . Make : Crompton Cat part BRPO22 LED 10 CW MR S1 PSU GR , HSN code- 9405 or equivalent in Crompton /Havells

Repair of WDI (wind direction indicator) frame after carefully taken down LED lights for reuse , change of unserviceable rotating parts with necessary welding, brazing work as required including painting after preparing the surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note: MS pipe for WDI will be measured & paid separetely under relevant item and cost of labour is deemed to be inclusive on unit rate quoted.

Supply & fix in repairs of frangible Wind Direction indicator in compliance with Annexure 14, Vol. I par. 5.1. 1 & full compliance with FAA, AC No. 150 /5345- 45. Frangible fiber glass Mast of red /white of size 400 x400 x4500 mm approx. Resistence to wind to minimum140 km/ hrs. easy lowering arrangement for maintenance without re-alignment required, Windsock in ICAO Red / White or black white as directed of length 3.6 mtr xdia 0.9 m of nylon fabric , water reppelent & resistant to rotting and mildew , External & Internal LED lighting , mast assembly fitted with LED obstruction light complete with base of RCC as per OEM directions, all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site.

Supply only mild steel tube black conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable tube light fitting & Supply and fix new LED batten of 18 watt of Crompton catpart no. LPLLA-18-CDL or equivalent in Philips/Havells/Bajaj. as per directed .

S&F in repairs GI pipe light grade of 40 mm dia with necessary fittings ,cutting if any required all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & joining testing LT cable in repais XLPE insualted, sheathed,PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable with aluminium conductor (heavy duty) 1100Volts grade laid in trenches/duct or fixed to wall/passing through pipe on pole with suitable size cable glands(Brass) crimping type cable lugs for standard aluminium conductor cables, confirming to IS 7098, cross-sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe in repair 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium, conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel strip and overall PVC sheathed 6 sq. mm two core nominal cross section including suitable size lugs as required.

Taking down old unserviceable pipe including Supply & laying of 35 mm dia SN-4 class black DWC (HDPE) pipe at suitable depth and making digged surface well as per previous, with full coupler .coupler should be fixed prperly ,all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site. Make- syntex, supreme, Gemini.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable ,foundation etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and nexc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning,refilling in layers including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil not exc 50 mtrs and deposting where directed at level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply, Fix & testing in repair including wiring of obstruction light (single aviation light) LED type cast aluminium with polymer housing, general light spreading, life up to 50000 hours 240 C supply, connection with 4 sqmm UG cable ( UG cable & GI base stand required will be measured & paid separetely in relevant item) . above roof top/ pole with necessary holding measure . secured at roof top/ anteena foundation with necessary PCC / or other means complete with separate control swith of 15 A on Independent board. Taking down old unserviceable and S&F weatherproof FRP box 3 way with 6A SP MCB for loop connection of up to 6Sqmm 2 core UG cable with 25mm GI clamp , all accessories & necessary connection complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : syntex and equivalent
