AMF Panel

Fabricating, Installing, Testing & Commissioning of weather proof AUTO-MATIC MAINS FAILURE of IP- 65 CUBICAL PANEL made from 14 SWG Sheet Steel, duly pretreated, powder coated painted and aesthetically finished, for operation of DG sets including auto bypass panel, suitable for 1010 KVA silent type DG set complete with relays, timers, set of CTs for metering & protection and energy analyser to indicate currents, phase and line voltages, frequency, power factor, KWH, Kilo Volt Ampere Reative Hour (KVARH), KVA (Phase & Total), KW & provision for overload, short circuit, restricted earth fault, under frequency, power (aluminum) and control (copper ) cabling of suitable size upto 15 meter between AMF panel, LT Panel and DG Set including connection interconnection etc. as required,

all complete and inter locking and communication/ Ethernet /RS485/SNMP port open protocol for BMS integration including suitable software, the panel shall be of DG Set OEM make etc. as per approved by Engineering in charge and including the following:

i) 415V, 1600 A (Full Load Current), 50KA, EDO type ACB with O/L, S/C, E/F protection and microprocessor based protection release , U/V release etc. (Master Pact ) NW/LK ('U Power" Series)/ABB Emax)-2 Sets

ii) S&F of 2500 Amp capacity of Suitable size of Aluminium Bus Bar for 1010 KVA DG set having current carrying capacity 1.3 A / sqmm and also suitable for controlling of DG set having following specification/ features. Manufactured by the OEM/CPRI/Approved Panel builder & remote monitoring of internal temperature for every bus section & cable alley should be provided - 1 Set.

Supply & Laying 1.1 kV GR 2 run x 300 sqmm single core PVC/XLPE Ar./Copper conductor cable (Make: Polycab/ RR Kabel/ KEI/ Havells/Gloster) through HDPE pipe incl. HDPE pipe on wall / floor from neutral earth bus to DG set neutral point including both side socketing gland and finishing as per direction of EIC. (Make: Havells/ Polycab/ RR Kabel)

Supply & making end termination with Brass double compression gland and finishing the end of conductor by crimping method by aluminium lugs for 800 sqmm XLPE 2v insulated aluminium conductor cable ofl .1 kv Grade as required.

Terms and Condition:

Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and duty etc.

All materials, equipments & accessories must confirm to relivent IS Specification. The DG set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer.

Necessary Manufacturer's test certificate for Diesel Engine,Alternator etc. will have to submit in triplicate copy during delivery for the equipment.

Copy of "Type Approval Certificate" and Certificate of "COP" must be produced at the time of delivery issued from component Authority (As per COP-II)

Cicuit Diagram for AMF panel must be submitted from the Manufacturer / OEM

The entire set must be warranted at least 15 months from the date of Delivery/12 months / 5000 Hrs from the date of commissioning whichever is latter. However Engine & Alternator should be warranted of 2 years/5000Hrs, whichever is earlier.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.

If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
