Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out as in soft/loose soil for foundation etc. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas,n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 2 but for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.50 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 25 Cm in thick as in Soft/Loose Soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soils to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of precast block masonry or precast concrete article built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillare, etc but exclusing ashlar facings, dressed stones work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position such as pre-cast manhole cover or cover slab of septic tanks etc (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all s directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surface, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr - in- Charge.

Material & labour for precast PCC 1:3;6 type C1 (by using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as dircted.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified and as dircted.

Material & labour for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) including brought up to courses complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 13 here-in-before but except stone. NOTE : Stone buolders obtained from item No 7 here-in-before shall be re-used.

M&L for hand packing (any thickness) at back of retaining wall with broken stone or boulders and raising (or lowering) to required level complete,all as specified. NOTE :- Stone boulders obtained from item No 7 here - in - before shall be re-used.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path/hardstanding/drain bed/Jhura bed finished cement concrete surfaces fair and even inlcuidng forming construction joint filled with CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type C-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path/hardstanding/drain bed/Jhura bed finished cement concrete surfaces fair and even inlcuidng forming construction joint filled with CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:3) with using water proofing compound @ of 3% by weight of cement on fair faces of birck or concrete surfaces, finished even & fair with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished even & fair with using extra cement complete all as directed.

Material and labour for Lacquer coated precast chequered cement concrete tiles made with grey cement and pigment of size 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick as in pavement / footpath, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with cement laid over and including screed bed/ bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as directd.

S&F for PVC (SWR) 75mm pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floor with necessary clamps, bolt, bends, Tee complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain on channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including form, moulds, mitred/stopped ends complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase, railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc vertical or to better in rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 as in Plum concrete in retaining walls etc including plums of stone boulder (Basalt, trap or any other approved) of size 200 to 300mm complete all as specified and as directed. Ref TD Drg No. SZ/TD/332/2015 Sheet No. 1/1. Note : Boulders will be measured & paid in separate item.

Supply only stone boulders (Basalt trap or any other approved) of size 200 to 300mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) (nominal mix) as in RCC band complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressumers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc also splays between floors and beams etc as fair finished complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clip) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clip) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for struck or recessed pointing in cement mortar 1:4 to brick or stone wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for raised pointing in cement mortar 1:4 to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
