Earth work in embankment in ordinary soil ( loam clay or sand) of apporach road mechnically compacted to 97% standared proctor density at omc including breaking of clods pulverising dressing the earth to required level and slopes and in layer not more than 20cm and compacted with power road roller in each layers.Earth shall be excavated from out side of apporoch slopes and pit not exceeding 50cm in depth including all leads and lifts of earth and charges of watering and hire and fule charges of road roller, all labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired .

Providing, laying,spreading and compacting stone aggerates of spefic size to WBM G-2 specifiction including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100 kn static roller in stage of proper grade and camber, applying and both side.

Providing, laying, WBM Grade-3 with 22.4-53mm size Stone Ballast, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled static roller and fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required dencity G-3 as per TSC 405.3

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means. as per Techinical specfication Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with emulsion/bitumen (VG-10) using emulsion/bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades. to be followed by seal coat of type C as per technical specification clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Brick edging on both sides of road with Class-M150 bricks laid on edge with mud mortar including supply of bricks, labour, T&P and all taxes etc. complete for proper completion of the work as per specification and direction of E/ I.
