Supply and fixing, Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, as per specification & drawing in SSR Part-II, in opening, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood plane framed panneled shutter (two panel) with pannels of 9mm BWP /12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneered on both faces, de tapering from 10mm to 5mm around the panel on one side fitted to chowkats. The size of rail and style as per IS 1003 (Part-1) Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 35mm thick glazed and Skelton shutter of 2nd class hardwood (Hollock) open rebated and prepared to receive glass,gauge etc.divided into squares with plain chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars any number, edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc. Size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-1 clause 8.20(a) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc;complete,drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering.Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with an including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging;also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered or un plastered ceiling surfaces of any description and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) including removal of debries out of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thick Plain cement concrete (1:3:6), Type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finished the surface even and fair, complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling, terrazzo toping/ dado, including cement mortar bedding/backing and removing rubbish off the premises of MoD land, including preparation of dismantled surface area to receive backing coat/bedding layer for tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for first quality vitrified ceramic coloured tiles 9 to 10 mm thick, (square/rectangular) (light shade), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for First quality, glazed designer pattern, jointed ceramic coloured tiles, 6-7mm thick, of size 450mm x 350mm or 450mm x 300 mm fixed in pattern as directed (combination of dark/light colour with border), on vertical surface such as in skirting, dados, risers to steps, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm, and including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3),complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Non skid jointless coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular ) area each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in C:M 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (granite finish) and Screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finish complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as on cooking platforms, window cills, steps and like, set in neat grey cement slurry @3Kg/Sqm, laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine cut Kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid and jointed with neat cement slurry, over and including 15mm thick rendering of Cement Mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of stone slabs, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work, machine cut, as skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed in neat grey cement slurry, laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, including cutting and moulding the corners/edges, grinding & polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in floor, finished the surface even & rough to receive the bedding mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roof including segregating and stacking serviceable brick tiles and removal of unserviceable brick tiles / brick bats and rubbish outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment and chiesling the existing bituminouns coating and rubbish off the premises to a distance exeeding 150 metre and not exceeding 250 metre complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska on roofs, any thickness, including plaster and leeping plaster and bottom layer of polythene film if any, including removal of retrieved material outside defence land, complete all as specified directed.

Material & labour plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in,roof kerb ,padding to roof to maintain the required slope and finished the surface even and smooth, without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface Preparation: Existing Surfaces must be clean, even, and sound concrete. Remove oil, dirt, laitance & mud phuska. Material & Labour for Crack treatment: Cutting and opening cracks to a depth of 10x10 mm V or U Shape by mechanical means. Cleaning al the dirt and loose particles by air pressure and wetting crack to attain SSD condition. filling the crack using Repair Polymer modified cement mortar. Bore Packing: Using AP Smartcare Repair Polymer over pipe and Internal side of concrete followed by filing high strength non shrink grout for a gap of up to 20mm (between pipe and concrete) before treating the surface with Waterproofing layer. Supplying and applying SmartCare Damp Proof Ultra, fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers with Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of roof in three coats @ 1.8 Kg/sqmt to be reinforced, having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength 2.9Mpa and shall have crack bridging ability of up to 2.5mm and shall resist 10bars of hydrostatic pressure, reduces surfaces temperature up to 10 degree Celsius also IGBC certified (Indian Green Building Council) Certificate will be provided by company. The system consists of self-priming with 33% water dilution followed by two undiluted coats of Damp Proof ultra,the fibermesh of 40 to 50 GSM must be sandwich between 1st and 2nd coat of Damp Proof Ultra.(dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns) and Ponding test to be done after application of material. The work will cariied out on on horizontal and vertical surface. The work shall be carried out by authorized applicator of approved make/brand and 10 years Waterproofing warranty on Terraces and work shall be obtained and carried from Authorized make/brand. Make: Berger, Nerolac, Asian, Dulux.

Material and Labour, 40mm thick brick tiles laid on and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:6) using grey cement and grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement laid on concrete roof, complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in 110 mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes, double socketed, in any length, with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre pulm, insulation etc ) or insulation board/slabs/blanket, any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 600 mm x 600 mm x16 mm mineral fibre ceiling tiles, seamless, of type Classic Lite RH-99, fine texture, of 'Armstrong' fixed on exposed grid system, including anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling and hangers 6 mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) with level adjusting mechanism, fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of GI flat 40 mm x 3 mm, 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Suppply and Fix in repair Vitreous China urinals, bowl type (back or corner wall type), complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; fixing automatic flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe, grating and Union for discharge pipe complete all as specified and directed.
