Earthwork excavation for foundation to the full depth as may be directed by departmental officers in all types of soils except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary, refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in the places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 Meters and initial lift 2 Metres and clearing and leveling the site etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Cement, Four Fine Aggregate and Eight Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28).

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 mix (One Cement, Three Fine Aggregate and Six Coarse Aggregate) Using 20mm ISS HBG Metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28).

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 mix (One cement and One and a half Fine Aggregate and Three Coarse Aggregate) Using 20mm ISS HBG metal including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges for curing,finishing but excluding centering,shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills, including vibrating charges etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.30).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT steel Bar for all reinforced cement concrete works as per design given including cost of steel and binding wire with all conveyance and lead charges in all floors etc.complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the deparmental engineers. TNBP No:30

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting uptp 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10cmx6.5cm dia spaced about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre tocentre etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental engineers. Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five M- Sand) using new best II Class Bricks of size 9 ” x 4 3/8 “x 2 3/4 ” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.(For 10 M3)

Plastering with CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of sand) mix for 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing,finishing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:56&57

Laying with first quality design ceramic tiles of all colours new ceramic tiles 305 x 305x 6mm tk for flooring and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (one part of cement & three parts of sand)20mm thick and pointed with white cement including adding with suitable colouring pigments of match with the colour of tiles used and curing etc., complete.including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all labour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint S.I.358 Plastic emulison paint of'approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Supply and fixing of Indian water closet with new glazed earthern ware Indian water closet of 22” Oriya type of approved quality & approved colour with “P” or “S” trap with sand cushion and forming flooring around the water closet using 40mm size broken brick jelly in cement concrete 1:2:4 of 4” thick and plastering with cement motar 1:3 20mm thick using river sand including fixing the water closet in position and giving necessary connection to CI stacks etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer etc. complete.
