(NOTE :- The cost of filling cracks, holes, damaged surface with filler material/ lipping patti to be included in quoted rate and nothing shall be admissible on this account)

Material and labour for preparation of Old wooden surfaces by removing old paint/ polish by hot air Gun machine, any number of coats and prepare the surface by scrapping with mechanical means till the surface achieve original wood finish, any width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of melamine polish over and including two coats of melamine sealer and one coat of wood stain on wooden surfaces using spray gun etc till fine glossy filnish is obtained including filling cracks, holes, damaged surface with filler material/ lipping patti on door shutters and frames where required complete all as specified and as as directed. Application Procedure :- (a) Staining – For staining, apply wood stain and allow it dry for 30 minutes. Do not sand the stained coat. (b) Sealing – Mix melamine sealer base and hardener in the ratio 90:10 by volume and thin it with 20-40% of thinner for spraying. Allow a maturation time 30 minutes and use within 8 hours. Spray 2 coats of sealer. For spraying, give an intercoat interval of 5-6 hours. Sand with emery paper 320 or 400 between coats. (c) Top Coat – Mix the melamine base and hardener in the ratio 90:10 by volume and thin it with 20-40% of thinner for spraying. Allow a maturation time 30 minutes and use within 8 hours. Spray 2 coats of melamine glossy. For spraying, give an intercoat interval of 5-6 hours. Sand with emery paper 320 or 400 between coats. Material and labour for preparation of old stone, concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and disposal of rubbish at location as directed. Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregular face of walls in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for poly vinyl chloride (PVC) false ceiling panel of size 1' x 10' long 7 to 8 mm thick with GI channel and concealed fixing arrangements to roof including necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix false ceiling with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS 476 (part4)-1970 and light reflectance of horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized @ 120grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm, cross -T of size 15 x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross T- of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @80grams per sqm) i.e. 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fastners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod as per site requirement and L-shape level adjusting of size 85x 25x 2mm. M & L for 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) false ceiling including sunk or raised moulding made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish including necessary supporting hanger with 4.0 mm dia GI wire and 'J' bolts washer nuts for securing frame work to Gl frame work for (605 mm x 605 mm) seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre incl thin layer of putty with gypsum binder, sanding the sufrace till smooth surface is obtained and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer In- Charge.

Material and labour for carrying out water proofing treatment to sunken slab, floors and wall of Shower area, WC, WHB and urinals, as mentioned below :- (a) Special tratment to toilet floor by demolition of existing treatment of any description and thickness,removal rubbish outside MD land (b) Clean the floor surface throughly to remove laitance, dirt, dust, etc (c) Fill all cracks, voids and bug holes with an appropriate crack filler. (d) Form angle fillet of size 50 mm x 50 mm at all vertical and horizontal transition with cement and sand mortar screed admixed with styrene butadine latex based liquid compound of approved make by 10% weight of cement. (e) All corners, coving, drainage flange, & PVC pipes joints must be sealed with liberal amount of liquid applied elastomeric water based water proof coating sandwich with 40 Gsm Geotextile fleece fabric. Wait until first coat is dry then apply the second coat in order to completely embed with fleece fabric. Ensure reinforcing fleece fabric is fully wetted out and free from creases &/or air pockets. (f) Apply priming coat of elastomeric water based water proof coating with a self-priming coat, with 50% dilution with water should be applied at the rate of 8-10 Sq.mt /ltr

SER. ITEM NO. 146.00 Contd.... (g) Apply two coats of elastomeric water based water proof coating by brush or roller. Allow 1st coat/application time to dry for 4-6 hrs before application of second coat right angles to the first coat.at the rate .1 -1.2 litre/ Sq.mt/ 2 coat including one coat of self-primer to achieve 500 – 600 microns DFT. (h) On vertical faces extend the same coating upto 1800 mm height on shower wall and upto 1000 mm height on remaining walls (i.e. WC, WHB, Urinal etc). Sprinkle the coarse, quartz sand on vertical surface while the second coat is still wet .This will provide key for subsequent tile adhesive materials. (j) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with " Bathseal Tape" and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout ". Nahani traps, etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner. (k) After 2 to 3 days, floor portion must be overlaid with a 25mm thick concrete screed M-15 type B-0 mixed with integral WPC incl flll up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 etc complete all as per manufacturers instruction and all as specified and as directed. (Note:- (i) For activities (a) to (k) only floor area will be measured and nothing shall be paid separately. (ii) All works to be execute by the authorised applicator as per manufacturer specification. )

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with using water liquid proofing compound and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for 20 mm average thickness of screed layer on RCC slab in cement mortar ( 1:4 ) including liquid water proofing complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for carrying out water proofing treatment to water tanks, balconies etc. (a) Special treatment to floor by demolition of existing treatment of any description and thickness,removal rubbish outside MD land (b) Clean the floor surface throughly to remove laitance, dirt, dust, etc (c) Any surface undulations, cracks and crevices must be duly filled or repaired with cement sand mortar mixed with latex polymers . (d) All vertical up-stands & junctions /corners are provided with 45° fillet with Polymer Modified Mortar (PMM), all around the periphery of the junction. (e) Using a slow speed mechanical mixer and a clean suitable mixing vessel, slowly add cementitious water proofing powder and liquid polymer component of approved make and stir until a smooth and homogenous slurry, is achieved.Allow the mixed slurry to stand for 5 – 10 minutes before use. (f) Apply first coat with a stiff nylon brush. Work well into the substrate, to ensure that all small undulations are completely filled with the coating.

Supply, installation and testing of Chemical Earthing complete with copper rod electrode of 17.2 mm dia, 3 mtr length with top copper terminal of size 100 x 50 x 5 mm placed under the ground below GL after drilling bore of 100 mm dia up to 3.5 mrs depth in any type of soil / disintergated rock/ rocky strata any type and filling of BFC Compound having very high eletrical conductivity, moisture retaining capacity, hygroscopic, non-corrosive in nature and ROHS compliant, in slurry form all round the electrode in bore hole up to the top level. The earth pit shall be covered by providing Reinforced FRP square earth pit cover of size 300 x 300 x 240 mm and capable of carrying weight of 5 tons including making all connections with earth continuity conductor strip by providing brass nut bolted up to the test point complete all as specified directed including testing on completion of earthing. Note: (i) GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm up to 7.5 mtr length included in unit rate. (ii) GI Earth strip will be laid below 20 cm from ground level and connecting the test point through plinth protection using HDPE pipe for protection, necessary cost of repair to plinth protection and welding/ providing brass nut bolt deemed to be included in the item. (iii) Contarctor shall submit the test report of earthing after satisfactorily completion. (iv) Contractor shall submit the complete literature and specifcation of earthing and shall take approval of GE before procurement of material and execution of job (iv) Contractor shall submit the NBL lab test certificate of Chemical back fill compound, CPRI certificate of copper electrode for taking approval of make of Chemical earthing.

Material and labour for Gl earth strip 25 x 4 mm as main earth lead on insulator or buried in ground/Wall/ ceiling etc, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE :- Earth strip beyond 7.50 m in earthing shall be measured under this item)

M&L for laying 40 mm bore GI pipe, light grade, ISI marked, conforming to relevant IS with all fittings, in crossing road/path and in pole/wall up to junction box including necessary clamping etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for taking down of existing MS Cable tray (of size upto 200mm width) along with cables layed on it, fixed in corridors of Squadran building and refixing of same at suitable height for fixing false ceiling in corridors including relaying of cable on tray any size and type and all accessories and T & P required at site complete all as specified and directed.

S & F cable end box sheet metal enclosure, IP 43, for keeping extra cable to be mounted on the top of the DB suitable for VTPN MCCB DBs, flushed in the wall and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes all as specified and directed. Make : Legrand - Model no 5079 38 or of same design and model Techno Commercially equivalent in specified make as per List of makes attached.

Supply and fix modular TV socket, coaxial socket, white colour, one module complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Legrand, Model: Myrius Nex Gen series or Techno Commercially equivalent of same design in specified makes as per List of Makes attached.

Supply and fix metal flush box 1/2 M, suitable for mounting modular switch/ sockets, flush in wall and making surface good including modular cover plate white colour complete all as specified and as directed.
