Dismantling existing 33 KV, HT pole-02 Nos and ACSR conductor, and shifting of pole to other location alongwith restretching/tightening the conductor assuming 03 conductor length per span approx 50 Mtr including earth and PCC work all as directed .

Supply, installation, testing & commisioning of LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) outdoor type with provision of aluminium busbar three phase & neutral (TPN) with 4 strip each 160 Amps capacity and 60 cm long, duly colour coded, mounted on epoxy resin base insulators, drilled holes for cable connection on bus bar conforming to IS 8623 Part (One), CPRI approved, totally enclosed vermin proof suitably ventilated for 3 phase, 4 wire 415 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply, outer shell shall be made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet & MS angle section of suitable size for frame, factory fabricated. Front & back door opening, protection of enclosure IP 56 as per IS-2147 of 1962 with pre-treatment through 7 tank hot chemical process prior to powder coated with minimum 50-70 micron of approved colour. The bottom of outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size. Computer cut self adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bones and skull to be provided. EPDM gasket of appropriate shape and size provided at all joints, door & covers including suitable size angle iron/flat iron frame work/support required with four legs 60 cm long using angle iron 40 x 40 x 6mm & locking arrangement at front with duplicate keys and making connection of incoming & outgoing cable using proper cable lugs, legs grouted in PCC 1:2:4, including MCCB 40 Amps 4 pole, 16 KA, Ics = 100% Icu, with fixed magnetic & adjustable thermal release, adjustable overload 80-100% & adjustable short ckt 5 to 10 In setting complete with phase separator - 02 Nos and platform for feeder pillar/LT panel shall be of suitable size as directed, 450mm height above ground level, the foundation shall be using PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), 15cm thick, brick work (with sub class B bricks) in CM 1:6, 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces & 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in padding on top & grouting legs of panel complete all as specified.

Fixing only and restretching/tightening the existing LT overhead conductors & GI earth wire mounted on insulators of any type on poles manually or by mechanical means to the extent of permissible sag and tension and binding with steel wires of appropriate size complete having upto 7 conductors per span of approx 35-40 mtr length and tightning of stay wire etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Each span upto 7 conductors in parallel between pole to pole shall be measured as one unit only.

Re-routing of the existing underground laid XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100/11000 volts grade of any size and type laid at watch tower construction location excluding all necessary excavation, returning filling, removal of soil and laying brick and providing sand all as specified and directed.

Re-routing of the existing underground CI/DI/MS water pipe line laid at watch tower location of any type and size including all necessary excavation, levelling as per specified gradient including material and labour for required joints, returning filling, removal of soil and and providing soil all as specified and directed.
