Dismantling of existing granite slab (Size-3’x2’),RCC with tiles platform(Size-3’x2’), wall tiles at kitchen including stacking materials within 50 meter lead.

Dismantling & Removing of existing MS windows (Sizes- 2.5x2.0mtr-02Nos, 2.5x1.85mtr-02 Nos,2.5x1.55mtr-04 Nos, 1.37x0.80 mtr-02 Nos and 1.06x0.45mtr-04 Nos) including removing of glass pane, cutting, welding, grinding and masonry work etc in all complete as per directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling of old plumbing works of four bathrooms including disconnecting and removal of wash basins, bib taps, mixers, shower heads, hand showers, geysers, angle cocks, flexible connectors, western seats, flush tanks, health faucet and all such exposed plumbing fittings, glass mirrors, bath room cabinet, glass shelves, towel rail, concealed valves, nahani traps, all such concealed items causing hindrance to the new works on walls and/or floors, removal of all filling material, old waterproofing, including chiseling of extraneous materials, coba fillings etc so as to achieve the face of concrete slab of toilets suitable for reworking and waterproofing as required including minor repairing works like plaster etc if required. including safe handling and removal of debris to a safe distance.

Dismantling in parts of existing electrical fixtures and fittings along with removal of UNSV wirings, existing switches, sockets, fan regulator, switch board with MS boxes, fancy wall lights, tube fittings etc. item includes stacking of fixtures/ fittings wires etc and disposing of malba on ground floor within 50 meter lead.

Dismantling tile work in floors /walls and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles above 25mm and up to 40mm.

M&L of repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, incl cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, incl disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtrs lead: with cement mortar 1:4(1 cement:4 coarse sand)

M&L of removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth incl necessary repair to scratches etc complete.

M&L of providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Providing and applying three or more coats of Royale Luxury Emulsion paint of make- Asian Paint and shade- SUPERIOR WHITE in roller finished on new plastered/treated plastered work over two coats of approved primer including the cost of preparing the surfaces with two coats of putty, along with sand papering wherever required, scaffolding etc. complete as per directed by Engr In Charge.

Providing and applying three or more coats of Royale Luxury Emulsion paint of make- Asian Paint and shade- Angel cloud in roller finished on new plastered / treated plastered work/existing wall over two coats of approved primer including the cost of preparing the surfaces with two coats of putty, along with sand papering wherever required, scaffolding etc. complete as per directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L of apply one or more coats of painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old work of steel & wooden surfaces.

Providing and fixing of ISI marked flush door shutters confirming to IS;2202(Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both facesof shutters, 35mm thick including stainless steel butt hinges with necessary screws in all complete.

M&L of fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5mm dia wire and 1.4mm wide aperture with matching wood beading.
