Design, Supply, Construction of Civil Foundation and Erection of 6 Meter Robust Decorative Pole of approved specification with welded base plate including cost of nut and bolts, Integral Cable termination arrangement with all suitable accessories mounted on Bakelite base plate, end cover along with all required accessories including Providing RCC foundation of M20 grade including excavation, steel reinforcement (Fe 500), anchor bolts etc. over a bed of PCC 1:4:8 of required dimensions complete in all respects and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying of following size 16 Sq.mm 4 Core Alum. Armored cable loose in existing pipe or trenches complete with necessary connections.

Enabling each of the installed LED streetlight fittings system with cloud-based group lighting management SMART feeder panel having the following specifications: Supply, Installation, Construction of Civil Foundation, Testing and Commissioning of cloud-based SMART feeder panel for Group lighting management solution for monitoring and control of LED streetlights system. The Smart feeder controller connects to a group of LED streetlight system and all the communication between the central controller installed in the Smart Feeder Panel and LED Smart Street Light to be through the power cables only. No additional Data transmission or control cable or radio frequency wireless nodes to be used for the same. The light management software shall be hosted on the cloud. The system shall include cost of a SIM card for a period of (05) five years. The system shall be smart feeder-based with the capability for Remote Management, Switching, Monitoring of LED streetlights system from one CCMS Control Room. The CCMS system shall control and monitor LED streetlight electrical smart feeder panel remotely via wireless communications such as 2G/3G/4G/5G/LTE as one of the primary communications networks to the server/cloud. The Smart Feeder Panel shall be designed so that it is easily scalable to become a part of a small-area group control system or a city-wide group control system. All the key components of control Smart Feeder Panels like Central Processing Unit (CPU), Transmitter, Battery module and Surge guard, 3-ph leakage coil and current transformer including lighting management software shall be of the same brand/make to ensure smooth integration and functioning. The lighting management software shall be installed on globally renowned and MeitY (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology) approved cloud-hosted server service providers to ensure data security, complying Cyber Security as per IEC/IS norms, authenticity, antivirus and protection against virus and hacking attacks. The cost shall include Design, software as a service with a license fee for a period of five (05) years (with cost of software upgradation and maintenance from time to time) for Group Control Smart feeder panel, including the API documentation (as per requirement, if any) to enable integration with a common dashboard or smart city dashboard computer." The SMART Feeder Panel should carry a warrantee for a period of (05) Five years.

Supply of Transformer 11/0.433, 25 kVA, Three Phase Auminium Wound Energy Efficient Level-II (As per Amendment 4) Confirming to BIS 1180/2014 Distribution Transformer.

Earthing with G.I. Earth pipe 4.5m long, 40mm dia including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate and having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 4.0mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and Laying 25mm x 5mm G.I. Strip at 0.50 Mtr below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with G.I. Nut, Bolt, spring washer, etc. as required (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm).

Providing and fixing 6SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Construction of 11KV line with installation of 11/0.433 kV Sub-station including supply with poles with structures and all of accessories (except transformer), APDCL processing fee, APDCL supervision charge, APDCL Load Security, Meter and Meter Cabinet cost, Distribution Box, transformer charging, fencing, complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of Main LT Panel / DB Box for O/G with civil foundation and earthing.

Supplying fitting fixing of Three Phase electric meter including meter cabinet (as per APDCL approved Make)

Processing fee and Supervision charge to be paid to APDCL including supply and fixing of suitable MCB and required accessories for charging of the Three Phase electric meter.

Supply and erection of Galvanized STP (SP-6) pole, including transportation & other civil works including concreting, shuttering, foundation (as per APDCL approved Make)

Restoring the excavated road with compaction and Concrete of 1:2:4 grade complete in all respects and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismatling of existing pole and lights and depositing the same at a location as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Carrying out detailed surveys for the identified roads and listing out the requirements as per scope of works and prospective location for mounting the Smart Feeder pillar of offered technology, keeping in view of the availability of nearest tapping point, access and ease of maintenance and measuring road lengths, preparation of detail survey report & submission of as built survey report.

Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Services Including all spare parts, accessories, maintenance vehicle, and POL (Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants) charges.

Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Control and Monitoring System (CCMS) Room Setup. The scope includes the complete setup of the Control and Monitoring System (CCMS) Room, with the following components (a) LED TV / Display Screen(s) for monitoring purposes (b) Computer system(s) with required specifications and licensed software (c) Air-conditioning unit(s) for climate control (d) Essential furniture, including operator desks, chairs, and storage units (e) Internet equipment, such as routers, modems, switches, and cabling for a fully functional network setup (f) Inverter / UPS system with sufficient backup capacity to ensure uninterrupted power supply. The physical room for the CCMS setup shall be provided by the Department.
