Solvency Certificate for minimum value of Rs.1,12,225.00 from any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank issued within the period of 12 Months from the final date of submission of tender.

Proof of experience (Ref: Section -3) i) Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.1,12,225.00 only. OR ii) Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.1,40,320.00 only. OR iii) One similar works completed each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 2,24,510.00 only. Note: - In case of experience/completion certificate obtained from reputed private Organization, the same shall be supported with TDS certificate by the contractor. (Please upload in 'pdf' format)

Compliance to read and understand the Requirement & Scope of Work of the contract. (Refer Section-4)

Competent Person for Inspection/Testing/ Certification of Lifts/Lifting Machines/Pressure vessels: Vendor must be approved as “Competent Person” from Office of The Chief Inspector/Director, Factories (UP State/Central Govt.) or any other recognized authority for the said work under Factories Act-1948. Their approval and certifications must be acceptable to Director Factories , Uttar Pradesh. Copy of the “Competent Person” Certificate/letter to be submitted along with Tender Documents.

Undertaking by competent authority (It is desirable to upload signed copy in pdf format)

An undertaking by the party to the effect that he is not debarred or blacklisted by any Govt. Organization /Govt. Undertaking

Undertaking from Bidder that no conditions are imposed in their price bid.

Acceptance to Complete Tender Requirement, Scope of work, Terms & Conditions mentioned in the bidding document are properly understood and undertaking to comply with them.

The rates quoted are valid and binding upon the bidder for the entire period of contract and it is certified that the rates quoted are the lowest rates as quoted in any other institution in India under same Terms and conditions as notified in present tender.

I/We give the rights to the competent authority of the Hindustan Aeronautics Limited to forfeit the Earnest Money/Security money deposit by me/us in case of breach of conditions of Tender/Contract.
