ACE, EC-II AUL 19 OF 2025-26 Strengthening and widening of Aul Ring Bundha on Kani Kharasuan right from RD 12.800Km to 21.00Km (Working RD.12.80 km to 19.50 km)

Scarifying of existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and depositing the scarified materials away from the working area with all leads, lifts, delifts, cost of labour,cost of hire & running charges of all machineries, cost of fuel, lubricants, cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting to 150mm thickness graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materials(as per table-400-II) with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess including hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, cess including labours and hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level & alignment & rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridgeworks ( 4th revision) including cost conveyance royalty, cess and hire charges of machineries and all other T & P complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bituminous emulsion (60/70) penetration grade using the emulsion pressure distributer @ 0.20 Kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned properly with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT & H Specification for Road & Bridge work (4th revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, cess etc. including labours and hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying Semi dense Bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level & alignment & rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridgeworks (4th revision) including cost conveyance royalty and hire charges, cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing, blinding road surface with sand 6 mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials and labour charges, labour cess etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Quarrying, collecting, supplying and stacking of good quality of moorum and sand in regular box heap size of 1.50m X 1.50m X 0.50m to be measured as one cum and admixing moorum and sand in (60 : 40) proportion and laying in sub-base of road in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess required for the work, watering and consolidation with P.R.R., hire and running charges of machineries etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing and laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates to 225 mm thickness with IRC grade - III materials as per table-404-I to WBM specification including spreading in uniform layers with moter grader on prepared surface mixing by mix place method with rotavater , rolling with VRR in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming using stone screened dust as binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density at OMC as per clause 404 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess etc. including labours and hire and running charges of machineries etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in all kinds of approved soil from approved borrow area by mechanical means and unloading the soil with required lead, lift & delift including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm size and laying in layers not exceeding 22.50cm in depth with ordinary compaction by PRR and dumping the excavated materials away from the work site including cost of labour, carriage, cess etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
