Dismantling and Reconstruction of Damaged SW Drain Anna Colony in Ward No.01 , North Zone.

1. Dismantling the damaged RCC Slab as per the instruction of Departmental officers. Including all initial lead and other labour charges.

2. Desilting in the existing drain as per the direction of departmental officers etc. completed.

3. Dismantling the Damaged Flooring Concrete as per the instruction of Departmental officers. Including all initial lead and other labour charges. .

4.Dismantling the damaged Cement concrete wall work as per the instruction of Departmental officers. Including all initial lead and other labour charges.

5. Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and Eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

6. Centering with steel centering for revetment, drain and culvert Above 1.20m depth using MS sheet of size 0.90X0.60m 10 gauge thick and stiffened with MS 'L' angle wood runners of size 0.075 X 0.05 three rows with support by casurina pullys 0.075 cm at 0.45 m length including cost of nails etc., Area. 10.80 sq.mtr (above 4 Feet).

7. Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, three crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and six coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

8. Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

9. Supply and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as RCC slabs in all floor with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25 X 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joinsts of size 10cm X 6.50 cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supports by Causrina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm C/C etc., completed as directed. 10. Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position of mild steel or deformed steel up to 16mm dia bars for all reinforced cement concrete items of work including cost of steel transporting strengthening cutting, bending, cranking, binding, etc. including cost of binding wire MS Chairs, laps to fix the reinforcement in all positions, all labour and materials complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the engineer.
