Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core ,complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 4 core ,complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m in soil and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point , including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Sand cushioning for UG cable protection/ducts, consolidated sand compacted with clean dry sand , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Boring of road crossing in any kind of soil/rock strata , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type-I, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying GI pipe light graded of size 50mm dia in trenches and fixing on wall / pole with help of suitable size MS clamp for cable protection with all fitting, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F GI pipe light grade of size 40mm dia fixing on pole/laid in trenches , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F GI pipe light grade of size 25mm dia in trenches for interconnection of Earthing Grid , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L,in repalcement for connecting 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated copper conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tap and over all PVC sheathed in service connection for street light from FRP junction box to street light of size 3 core 1.5 Sqmm ,complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Supply, perform, testing, commissioning of LT cable straight through joint kit heat shrinkable of 4 core x 10/16/25 Sqmm size , complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Make : Denson Part No : XSS-02/Raychem / M-Seal/ Birla-3M or equivalant.

Supply and fixing HOT moulded (FRP) junction box ,in replacement for street light pole with locking arrangement with IP 65 protection of size 280 x 200 with 32 Amp 4 way heavy duty terminal block with 10Amp MCB SP and two number of cable entry gland of standard size with suitable stainless steel bracket to fix with pole, including taking down existing , complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts,ashers,welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 152mm at top and 102mm x 289mm at bottom, class 10 , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F LED red light DIE-CAST aluminimum housing with polycarbonate dome for better illumination with IP-65 protection fixed on wall with clamp by grouting angle iron of size 32x32x6 mm as required and directed by engr-in-charge. Make : Bajaj Cat Part No BGAV 302 LED and prodect code 110731 or Equivalent

M&L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 3 mm buried directly in ground (earthpit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level,connected to & including copper earth strip of size 20x3 mm dia by means of GI bolts,nuts, washers and connected to other end to main boardduly protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe from earth plate . Earth plate shall be surrounded by packed layer of coal dust 300 mm and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. Watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade pipe and including funnel, wire mesh,CI cover & frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm garded stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work all as specified & shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR-I .Rate are deemed to include 7.5 mtr 20 x 3 mm size copper strip , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F ESE lightening arrester single pointed 20 feet long fixed at roof top with angle iron frame and insulated and insulated material with and including PCC (1:2:4) BLOCK type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and block of size 300mmx300mmx300mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in-Charge.

M & L Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex.head screw , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F copper strip of 20x3.15 mm as roof conductor and down conductor till test point all as directed by.Note-Copper strip to be jointed through brazzing only ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes without attachment ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
