Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches,pillars, rtc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar.

M&L for flyash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified

M&L for brick work with old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius in cement mortar 1:6 but except bricks.

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ Brickwork with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls,built in CM 1:4

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings, etc. n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) as in surface channel, coping etc. and removing debris and rubbish out of the premises complete as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, etc.

Extra for forming fair finished of drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filing and mass concrete

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concete 1:2:4 (Nominal Mix) Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs (for man holes, etc.) set in Cement Mortar (1:4) including necessary form, mould work, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Precast Cement Concete louvres and jalli 1:3:6 (Nominal Mix) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, set in Cement Mortar (1:4), 25 mm thick, including all moulding but excluding frame complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished even & smooth complete all as sppecified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work and removing debris and rubbish out of the premises complete as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs landings and similar works not exceeding 200 mm thick rough finished.

High strength steel deformed TMT bars (Fe 500D) 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 18 above but 5 mm dia and over upto and incl 10 mm dia in stirrus, spaces, and binders.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in sub base to receive tiles.

M&L Paving vitrified parking tiles 300 mm x 300 mm x 12 mm thick (heavy duty), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in foot path with white cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm/ 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, pre-polished set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey/colour cement and pigment in floors.

M&L Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25mm thick sand filling under precast concrete inter locking paver floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

M&L 75 thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted plastered surfaces and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint.

Preparation of new or previously untreated plastered surfaces and applying two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer.

M&L for prepartion of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer.

M&L Cement concrete work in pavement /hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimeter in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less laid in panels complete all as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc

S&F Mild steel hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for hand-rail straight portion. Drilled and countersunk for balusters, running bars, for doors, balusters nosing to steps including in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts: posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling, holes notching for wire, etc: flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both end each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm but n exc 15 cm long of 5 to 10 mm dia of neck.

Dismantling Fencing wire mesh, any type.

S&F PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fencing of 2.00 mm dia GI wire and outer dia 3 mm mesh size 75 x 75 mm (including thickness of PVC coating) approved quality all as specified.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out emebedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

Excavating in post holes not exc. 0.5 cum in each and gettingout in soft / loose soild and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and making good the surrface.

Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-I, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq. cm but n. exc 250 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred topes as directed and fixed.

Preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer.
