Cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris, marking defective locations and removing loose concrete by careful stripping untill hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surface and removing debris from site complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge 50mm avg thickness

Extra Cutting of exposed reinforcement bars manually by mechanical means in RCC of R.B work(Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of RCC /RB work) as per direction of EIC.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - incharge

Air compressor 250 cfm with two leads for pneumatic cutters / hammers including cost of services of operating staff, Cost of lubricating oil, diesel / Petrol/ Kerosene oil , other consumables for running the plant and machinery.

Providing and applying high performance cementitious R4 mortar EN 1504-3 mortar on exposed/ eroded concrete surface as per technical specification.(Complete finished item with all leads and lifts).

Providing and fixing formwork (ply wood shuttering 9-12 mm thick or steel shuttering) for laying concrete with steel frames its fixing to the correct grade and profile including the cost of all materials carriage, drilling, grouting, anchoring, staging, scaffolding and labour etc. complete item with all leads & lifts.-In Straight portion.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-70A20 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including transferring of concrete to site by transit mixture etc. and placing and laying at site but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement but including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability and strength without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
