S&F new polyurethane PVC arms rest of chair writing made out of black integtral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert scratch and weather resistant 50-70 shore 'A' hardness, fiited to the seat with powder coated arm rest brackets made of 5mm thick HR steel, all as per drawing including removing of old unseviceable arms rest, complete all as specified and directed.
