Providing and fixing Multi-wall Poly-carbonate sheet (16 mm thick) roofing, UV Coated upto any pitch including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required, aluminium connectors, self drilling screws and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses etc.) as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made Fiberglass Reinforced plastics (F.R.P.) chajja 4 mm thick of required colour, size and design made by Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) Machine Technology, resulting in void free compact laminate in single piece, having smooth gradual slope curvature for 1 easy drainage of water and duly reinforced by 2 nos vertically and nos horizontally 50x2 mm thick M.S. flat with 12 mm in built hole for grouting on the existing wall along with the 50 mm flanges duly inserted and sealed in the wall complete in one single piece casted monolithically, including all necessary fittings . The FRP Chajja should be manufactured using unsaturated Polyester resin as per IS: 6746, duly reinforced with fibre glass chopped strand mat (CSM) as per IS: 11551 complete with protective Gel coat U/V coating on Top for complete resistance from the extreme of temperature, weather & sunlight (Only plan area of chajjas shall be measured for making payment).

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : a) Two or more coats on new work

Providing 3 seater precast RCC garden bench of size 1500x1000x440 mm (not less than M30 grade) with arm & back rest, plank thickness not less than 50 mm, acrylic based painted as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing MS board of size 1200x900 mm consisting of 1mm thick MS sheet fixed by welding to MS angle size 40X40X5mm frame with two Nos. vertical legs of 2.7 mtr. Length with Two No.hold fast of 150mm length. The MS sheet shall be supported by two Nos. MS flat of size 40X5mm bracing welded diagonally on the back side i/c excavation and cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) block of size 45X45X60cm depth and applying priming coat and painting with synthetic enamel paint complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
