RESTRICTED AREA

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles of design as approved 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles over & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of 1:6 cement mortar for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed coloured ceramic tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick in vertical surface such as dado / skirting / risers to steps etc., set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The size of tiles (except thickness) may be varied during execution without any price adjustment.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in :6 cement mortar complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in 1:4 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM 1:6 and to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed. (height upto 12.50m)
