The cable shall be terminated with Suitable Cable Gland with proper cable earthing at both the ends. We understand that suitable rating power feeder with Switch gears/VFD/DOL feeder/Soft stater will be provided by BAMUL Dairy. Kindly confirm. If Power feeder is scope of supplier then BAMUL should provide spare feeder space in MCC/IMCC panel. Not supply new MCC/IMCC panel for new equipment. The design and layout of the additional facilities, selection of equipment and services, methodology of execution, testing and commissioning will all be carefully planned, keeping these points in mind. Being brown field project and considering scope of work envisaged in tender. However tender asked for execution " without any interruption to normal operational & production routines of the existing plant" which is not possible. 37  Presently BAMUL main Plant Bengaluru is having 5 nos Milk HMST out of which 4 nos 15 KL and 1 no 8 KL capacity. BAMUL want to add 2 more new 20 KL HMST tanks with complete accessories. (Complete valves as per site condition, Pipes, RIO panel, Instruments etc). The 2 new 20 KL HMST tanks shall be installed at the new proposed second floor location and commissioned first.

38  Existing 5+1 (Milk +Curd) HMST, Valve batteries and SS RIO panels shall be shifted to new proposed second floor one after the other without disturbing the daily routine activities by considering extra electrical cable, network cable etc.

39 The bidder has to consider extra valves, air regulators, NRVs, Manual Butterfly valves etc required to execute proposed project smoothly. Process / Utility P & ID shall be submitted So valves, air regulatiors, NRV, manual butterfly valves etc shall be considered meeting process functional requirement. OK OK
