Supplying of 63 mm HDPE pipe ISI marked PE-63, PN-6 along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.

Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) for laying of HDPE pipes upto 63 mm dia including pulling single pipe.

Laying of following size HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part-I complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) incIuding excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in existing HDPE pipe.

Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as rerquired.

Above 35 sq.mm and upto 95 sq.mm (clamped with 25 sq.mm MS flat clamp).

SITC of MV switch board, outdoor, double door type Feeder pillar of IP 54 protection, made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet steel for Outer shell and 2 mm thick CRCA sheet for Inner doors and Partition, dust, light, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type, floor mounting, free standing, provided with rain guard on top, suitable for operation at 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz, AC system complete with all accessories, interconnection, connection, earthing, painting provided with bottom base channel and locking arrangement including providing RCC pedestal (1 Mtr height (0.6 M BGL and 0.4 M AGL)), grouting the Panel etc., as required and comprising of the following: INCOMER: ' l00 A, 25 KA, 4P MCCB with thermal-magnetic based releases for O/L, S/C and E/F protection, resin cast CTs with Digital Multi Function Meter. Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
