Earth work in excavation, dimantling of PCC and removal of interlocking tiles by mechanical means(hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation, trenches of drains at all levels, depth, lifts etc including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift , including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, including dewatering etc during excavation within a lead of 500m. After dimantling of fire line interlocking tiles, kerb stone etc. after laying of PCC (1:4:8) to be fixed in this quoted amount only, no extra cost will be payable to you. Many Places excavation will be done manullay due to space constraints and HT cabling line, trees, DG sets, etc. plesae verify during site visit.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth,sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 500 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Labour Charges for dimantling, refixing, laying, testing & commissioning of 150mmdia or as per site fire line with existing Fire Valve including Welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets, firehyrdant etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade with base primer complete as required. If any pipe have minor leakge same to be welding with proper method, no extra will be payable rather than quoted amount

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trussesand framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position with fastner or approiate method. Applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coat of enamel paint complete
