Supplying and Fixing of Gypsum false Ceiling with Gypboard of 12.5mm thick, fixed to the underside of the suspended grid formed of 600mm x 600mm with necessary supports from ceiling as per detail. Rate shall include vertical as well as horizontal surfaces as per detailed drawing. Actual “seen” surface of horizontal and vertical will be measured and paid i) First Floor

Providing suspended type Grid false ceiling system IGL with mineral fiber ceiling tiles with hot dipped galvanised steel grid frame work, surface chemically cleaned, capping pre-finished by powder coating /baked polyester paint, main tees of size 33 (H) x 24 mm at every 1.2 mt. centre to centre, rotary stitched cross tee at 0.6 m centre to centre to form a grid of size 600 x 600 mm and suspending the grid from RCC/ Structural steel roof using 4 mm dia GI wire and 6 mm nylon rawl plug at every 1200 mm intervals, supplying and laying mineral fibre ceiling tiles( as per the pattern/type approved by the consultant and Engineer In Charge) ,tiles of size 600x600,14 mm thick fixed over the formed grid including making provision/openings openings for light fittings, A/c diffusers and like,strengthening the opening with suitable frames as required, providing trap doors of suitable size at required locations etc., complete as directed. Measurements will be taken flat and openings up to 0.40 sqm will not be deducted from the measured area. iii) Third Floor

Providing and applying of Premium quality of Emulsion Paint of approvd make on true ceiling and Gypsum ceiling of approved make and shade and to give an even shade including preparation of surface, applying primer of approved make etc including surface preparation.. Rate to include additional coat of paint if required to get smooth and uniform finish.i) Gypsum Ceiling

Providing and applying 2 coats of Premium quality of Emulsion Paint of approvd make on Walls/Partitions of approved make and shade and to give an even shade including preparation of surface, applying primer of approved make etc including surface preparation.. Supplying and Making the 750 mm height Mayor Table (3000x800mm) and rear side Storage (5000x600mm) Using 18 mm thick BWP plywood finishing with approved laminate finish as shown in Architect drawing.The rate shall be including fixing of necessary hardware fittings, adhesives and wastages etc.All tables to have provision for wire termination for Electrical ,HDMI and Data/ Voice points with Modular concealed box.

Supplying and fixing Wall paneling with 12mm thick BWP ply wood and over 1mm tk lamination of approved colour.The rate shall be inclusive of necessary hardware and wastage etc., to be complete

Providing and fixing 450 mm depth laminate finished storage unit (2100x850mm) made out of 18mm thick BWP Ply as per the drawing with necessary supports specified shape and size including necessary hardware etc., complete.
