Material and labour for providing new ACSR conductor all as specified and directed including stringing through existing RCC poles, fixing in insulators, jumpers with polythene pipe, aluminium binding wire etc complete of different sizes including dismantling of existing old unserviceable ACSR of any size from any description all as directed. Note : Rates for new Aluminium cable terminal lugs are included in this rate.

Supply and fix in repairs Galvanaised Iron cross arms channel, bracing, support, clamps etc fabricated structured steel, sections, including nuts, bolts, washers etc and cutting to required length beat to any shape drilling holes, fixed on poles or jointed by means of elect welding complete including painting with 2 coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces including taking down / dismantling the old items complete all as directed.

Material and labour for providing new GI wire 4 mm dia (8 SWG) on poles to continuous earth wire and cradle guard etc, including Dismantling of existing old unserviceable earth wire and cradle guard of any size form the position, all as directed.

Material and labour for new stay assembly complete with 20 mm dia stay rod with accessories shown in electric plate No 01 including stay clamp, loop insulator excavation and concrete measured in this quitted Rate complete including Dismantling old unserviceable stay assy, all as directed.

Material and labour in repairs for Galvanised Stay wire of size 7/4 mm including dismantling old wire all as directed.

Re-Stringing only existing HT 33 KV OH line/Jumpers including dismantling of existing old binding wire complete. Note: (a) Restringing of each wire shall be measured as in RM (b) Supply only binding wire shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for servicing of 33 KV VCB at Hansa MRS, dismantling cleaning greasing the complete VCB with attached relays bus bar etc insulation testing, setting the contact gap by measuring as required, reassembling the VCB and reinstalling back to its original position checking and repairing the current circuit panel wiring , relay testing and provision of minor spares as required complete including operational testing and commissioning all as directed. Note : New major spare parts will be measured and paid under respective items.

Material and labour for carrying out primary injection test of 33 KV Indoor/Outdoor type current transformer (Set of three) of VCB's by using standard injection test method and checking the electrical circuits for fault condition and proper functioning including submitting the test report all as directed by engr in charge.

Material and labour for primary injection test for 33 KV Potential transformer by applying low voltage on HV Side including testing of secondary wiring for its healthiness and submitting the test report all as directed.

Supply, Fixing and testing of current transformer epoxy/resin filled of 33 KV capacity ratio 100-50/5 or 200-100/5 class=5P, 10/1 15 VA for MOCB and including dismantling old existing CT all as directed.

Disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing elect connections/earthing strips from defective/repairable 33/11 KV step down outdoor type transformer of capacity 2MVA oil cooled type from 33 KV Power Main Receiving Station at INS HANSA, draining out the oil, removing the radiator fins for the purpose of transportation ,assembling it at new place, filling the transformer oil after filtration, shifting to workshop for repairs/rewinding purpose after in a load carrier vehicle by using required capacity crane and bring back the same after repairs works and re-installation in the original positioned including testing, commissioning on site/area , connecting the all removed incoming and out going elect cable connections complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of 33/11 KV, 2 MVA outdoor type step-down power transformer involves isolating and draining the transformer oil, followed by opening the top cover and carefully lifting the active core and winding assembly using a crane. The core and windings are dismantled by removing the clamping structures and carefully uncoiling the HT windings (primary side winding) of all three phases. The core tank, internal surfaces, and tap changer contacts are thoroughly cleaned using appropriate electrical cleaning agents. New HT windings are fabricated as per original design specifications using standard insulation materials, ensuring proper turns ratio and clearances. The windings are baked in a temperature-controlled oven to remove moisture and restore insulation resistance. After drying, the winding assembly is reassembled onto the core and placed back into the tank, followed by reinstallation of the top cover and associated components. Electrical tests such as balance test, voltage ratio test, insulation resistance (IR) test, and other functional checks are conducted to confirm operational reliability. Finally, the transformer is reassembled completely, refilled with filtered transformer oil under vacuum, and the work shall be carried out under the supervision of a qualified engineer.

Note for item No.11 :- (a) Prior to dispatch from the workshop, all requisite above tests shall be mandatorily carried out on the power transformer in accordance with IS 2026 / IEC 60076 standards. The corresponding test reports shall be submitted to the department. (b) Upon reinstallation and commissioning at site, the following tests shall be conducted in the presence of the Engineer-in-Charge: (i) Insulation Resistance Test (ii) Voltage Ratio and Polarity Test (iii) Magnetic Balance Test (iv) Functional Check of On Load Tap Changer (OLTC), if applicable (c) The repaired transformer shall be guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of successful commissioning. Any malfunction arising due to defective workmanship, substandard materials, or contractor’s negligence shall be rectified by the contractor at no additional cost during the guarantee period

(d) The contractor shall ensure adherence to all standard safety practices during dismantling, transportation, reassembly, and testing of the power transformer. (e) The contractor shall provide all required tools, skilled manpower, and calibrated testing equipment for the execution of the above works. (f) Bidders are strongly advised to visit the site, inspect the transformer physically, and assess its existing condition prior to submission of bids. It shall be deemed that the bidder has fully understood the site conditions, access constraints, and transformer status. No additional claims on account of site-related factors shall be entertained at a later stage

Cleaning of Transformer surface of capacity 2 / 1.6 MVA for rusted area, preparing the surface and painting with same colour as earlier complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking out/Draining out of any condition of insulating oil from transformers of capacity 2/1.6 MVA carefully and kept fully secured in seal tight containers complete as directed. (Existing good old Oil will be reused/refilling after necessary filtration & dehydration) Note : - 1. Filtration & dehydration work will be measured and paid separately. 2. A separate container/containers will be use for store to insulating oil separately for each transformer which to be re- used.

Material and labour for EHV grade insulating transformer oil.

Filtration of insulating oil with high pressure vacuum filtration plant, after filtration attains BDV up to 60 KV for Transformer, OCB and MOCB complete all as specified.

Cleaning of 11or33 KV substation for dust and dirt on electrical installations like VCB, Transformer, LT/ HT Panels, Motor, DG etc and surrounding inside and outside are of substation using blowers or clothes, cleaning stink, broom etc. Cleaning & Refixing of tube lights, sockets, exhaust fan, ceiling fan after taking out and cleaning properly, and refixing using new screw, nut-bolts, clamp etc required, at same location complete all as specified and directed. Note: cleaning item like chemical, clothes, Broom cost included in quoted rate. b) consumable such as nut-bolt, clamps, rods for refixing of item cost included in quoted rates. c) The cleaning area up to 150 sqmm is considered one Job.

Disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing elect connections/earthing strips from defective transformer 11/.433 KV step down outdoor type transformer of capacity between 100 kva to 750 kva oil cooled type, draining out in separate barrel /container, opening the top cover and fixing the transformer oil leakage by welding or tightening of nut bolts of insulator to arrest the leakage complete all as specified and directed. Note: a)Cost for Draining of oil and storing in separate container will be measured separately, b)Crane/ mechanical lift etc required for the work is inclusive in the rate.

Material and labour for loose spread of graded coarse aggregate (broken stone or boulders) of size 40 mm in substation yard all as directed and specified.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm depth by loosening of aggregate by taking out and leveling, removing of creepers /vegetation on stay wires/ HT/LT street light poles including clearing 3 mtr all around stay wire, & pole in soft/ loose including removing to a distance n. exc 200 mtrs and depositing at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and as directed(Note : Each cleaning will be measured and paid)

Repairing/ Servicing the Air break isolating switch HT 33 KV 200/400 Amps by replacing the defective major Spares including provn of minor bolts nuts etc all as specified.(Note :- Major spare will be measured & paid separately under relevant item of Sch'A )

The RTCC panel should be compatible with the existing OLTC system and provision of required CTs to work smoothly and testing of system for compatibility and operation complete all required as per site requirement .(Note: cost for minar spares required for operation/ running the panel as per OEM included in quoted rate.)

Material and labour for servicing and repairing of OLTC (ON load Tap changer) for 33 KV Transformer by disconnecting and dismantling all burnt out cables/fuses/relays/contactors, toggle switch/knobs/indicators/reading units and other accessories repairs/replace the unserviceable items and making the OLTC serviceable condition and connecting back to its original position all as directed.(Note-the cost for minor parts related to OLTC included in quoted rate.)

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of HT Feeder pillar Box outdoor type 11KV 50 HZ 3 Phase of suitable size not less than (1500x1500x1200 mm) duly powder coated with copper bus bar of 60x5 mm including suitable insulators. Supply and fix in repairs for epoxy insulator suitable for 11 KV reel type inside HT feeder pillar box outdoor type including replacement of new nut, bolt and washer on bus bar and base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PVC insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with copper conductor 1100 V grade with cross section area 16 Core 2.5 Sqmm all as directed.

Disconnecting, opening of VCB of any description and any make of rating 11 KV 400/800 Amps capacity for servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable / defective parts including cleaning & servicing, greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling/ servicing and its testing complete all a specified and directed. Note: (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' item no 5 to 19 as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced /repaired is deemed to be included in these item. Supply and fix charging motor 110V AC/DC, 220V AC/DC of suitable size for ACB of capacity 400 to 1200 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with GI earth plate, electrode,600x600x6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) filled with common salt and charcoal and connected to GI earth strip 32x 6 mm thick dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, & washers as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I and Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary PCC earth pit chamber of 1:3:6 and chamber cover of 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia unto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials.

Supply and fix in repairs Ground monitoring device GMD-10 which detects ground resistance faults, continuously monitors ground resistance and provision of programmable alarm threshold and setting the value as directed, complete testing as per Engr-in-charge satisfaction.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of HT 33/11 KV MRS at Hansa consisting of Steel poles/ ISMBs, cross arms, GOD pipe, clamps etc., having of any description and applying one coat of Aluminium paint by manually (including structure) all as directed. Material and labour for preparation of old cement coated surface, cleaning the surface of the RCC pole (HT) 11 Mtr long in 1/2/4 pole structures above the ground level including coping area with 2 coats of ACC exterior Emulsion paint over a coat of cement primer after preparation of surface including 12 cm black paint around the pole numbers/letters in white columns all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for Breather unit with superior quality blue colour silica jell, to maintain the exact value of grade for transformer of capacity 33/11 KV type 2 MVA Transformer, including taking down unserviceable complete all as specified.

Servicing and repairing / carrying out maintenance of 33KV/433V step down indoor / outdoor type transformer including the following works for 100 KVA capacity all as directed :- (a) Removing from platform and disconnecting electrical connection from HT and LT side including transporting to work shop. (b) Dismantling the transformer, drain out transformer oil, lift the cover and coil assembly, keep up the assembly in heat oven up to the preparation of inside chambers by cleaning inside, scraping complete all around old parts of the transformer. (c) Material and labour for two coats of oil resistance painting internal (inside transformer) over a coat of red oxide primer and painting the outer side of the transformer by using spray paint complete with one coat including preparation of old surfaces complete. (d) Cleaning the core laminations assembly by oil complete, removing the carbon sediments / dust in the coil and core gently without making any damage to coil and core. (e) Re-assembling all dismantled parts including provision of new gasket, nut, bolts, refilling with transformer oil and transporting back to original location including electric connection testing and commissioning complete. Note :- i). Oil filtration & supply of new oil will be measured and separately under relevant item of this Schedule. ii). All petty parts including nut, bolts, steel / rubber gasket minor wildings are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. iii). The rate for transport and lifting of transformer by crane should be deemed to include in the rate quoted.

Material and labour in repairs for rewinding of transformer 33 KV / 440 Volts of capacity step down out door / indoor type of 100 KVA, including dismantling, transport to workshop, opening the body assay, drain out the oil, removing the core coil assembly from transformer remove the weak / burnt out unserviceable HT / LT winding assembly rewinding with correct gauge super enameled copper wire of suitable class including drying, baking etc complete re-assembling the primary and secondary coil in core, re-assembling the transformer complete refill with transformer oil, installation and commissioning in the existing position complete and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Each winding of HV / LV limb side will be measured separately and paid individually)

Supply and fill new silica jell, superior quality in the breather unit of transformer including taking out the old unserviceable one all as directed

Taking out the existing serviceable Post/disc/pin insulator of 33 KV capacity carefully and re-fixing the same in the new cross arms/structure including replacement of new hardware such as GI spindle, nut, bolt and washers complete all as directed

Taking out the old HT 33 KV UG serviceable cable of 3 core 185 Sq mm from trenches/ floors/ walls and relaying/diversion/jointing the same in the new trenches/new location as directed and connecting all as directed

Supply and fixing cable route indicator made out of 3 mm thick MS plate in circular diameter 12 cm, welded with 6 mm x30 cm long MS rod grouted in PCC block of size 0.15x0.15x0.15 mtr(LXWXH) and writing HT cable complete all as directed

Material and labour for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip size 20 x 3 mm thick by mean of nuts/bolts, check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI Pipe 15 mm bore light grade for watering with Funnel, wire mesh and protection to earthing strip shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr from the earth plate electrode and refilling of soil including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt etc & earth work in any strata, PCC pit chamber in cement mortar 1:3:6 type C-2 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks including testing any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for removing vegetation, grass, scrubs and bushes growing in Sub station yard along with fencing by manually / mechanically and keep the sub station yard neat and clean complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Unit rate quoted deemed to include to keep the installation neat and clean through out the period of contract and each cleaning will be measured and paid separately. cutting of grass is month wise measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for Cutting and trimming of tree branches 3 mtr all around of any size which is obstructing illumination of street light and touching LT / HT Over head line by using required tools and plants including removing trimmed tree branches. (Note : Each cleaning will be measured and paid separately)
