Earth work in excavation by mechanical or manual means exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tons capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying heavy duty cobble stones 60mm thick interlock pavers using cement and coarse sand over 80 mm thick sand bed (average thickness) and compacting with plate vibrator having 3 tons compaction force including cost of labor, material and usage charges of machinery complete as per specification. • Interlocking C.C. paver block (60 mm thick, M-30) • Laying the pavers including the labour charges, finishing, compacting, transportation etc

The construction of stones bonded together with mortar. Stone cutting and dressing to the proper shape, by using in building components of foundation works below and above the ground level. All work to be done as per ADA Instructions.

Providing and laying half block masonry with factory made Precast concrete solid blocks of 100 mm thickness of grade M10 made of C&D waste from approved manufacturer in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand). All work to be done as per ADA Instructions.

Providing and laying of Pre cast slabs of size 1000 mm x 600 mm x 100mm using M20 grade reinforced cement concrete, including the cost of centering, shuttering. Finishing and reinforcement of 8 mm dia Distribution bar, 10mm dia main bar as per engineer in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA): 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size Recycled Aggregate (RA))

Providing and installation PVC vent Pipe (Weep hole) of Size 100mm Dia of 300mm depth wall thickness (i.e 4 kg/mt) for walls all as per instruction of ADA.
