Supply, Installation, testing & Commissioning of 25 KVACPCB II/ARAI approved Natural gas power Generator set 3-Phase, 415V,50 Hz in sound proof enclosure IP23, fully compatible for automatic main failure pre wired switching panel complete with auto-start system, battery & connection DC cables and all associated material including fright/loading & unloading charge at SEZ Moradabad.The Work also include cost of TPI, all service & consumable expenditure during warrenty period,(ARAI certificate product but subjest to approved by Engineer incharge) Including Cost of Connection Charges with Required Png Pipe Line Approx 100 meter pipe line

Construction of plingth/foundation suitable for 25 KVA genset including cost of Brick work, concrete & reinforcement,other associate material, men and T&P as per technical specification/drawing.(Approx. Size 2.0Mx1.5Mx1.5M or as approved by E/I)

Supply & Installation of automatic main supply failure changeover switch including associated work.

Supply & laying 50mm size MS gas internal pipe line including all forged seamless fitting like, socket elboe,MS flange with gasket,CS ball valve 2/3PC designed 50 mm dia with PTFE seat and ss-304,ball beld age,pressure gauge,angle support,with U clamp & rubbers pad,painting etc. All material will be standard make as per IGL guideline.(MS pipe as per ERW"C Class/IS: 1239) Providing Pre/Post supervision/fitness certification/Third party inspection and other related approval from authored authority.

Supplying and drawing 4x2.5 Sq.mm of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.(2 Ckt x 95 Mtr = 190 Mtr)

Supply & Laying 35 sq. mm 3.5 core PVC insulated, armoured, sheathed cable 1100 V grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm thick sand around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top complete in all respects. (Havells/Gloster/Polycab)

Supply & Laying of 32 mm DWC pipe (on wall/surface with clip) ISI marked including cost of all material, men and T&P.along with all accessories like socket,bend,couple etc.

Supply & Laying of 63 mm HDPE/DWC pipe ISI marked including cost of all material, men and T&P.along with all accessories like socket,bend,couple etc. confirming to IS 14930 Part II complete with fitting and cutting,jointing etc direct in ground (750-1000mm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the treanch. including cost of material,labour and T&P.(Approved make)

S/B of 40 mm dia x 4.5 mtr. long G.I. pipe vertically for earthing having 12 mm dia. Holes spaced 75 mm apart drilled up to 2 mtr. from the bottom complete with earthing lead of no.6 to 8 SWG GI wire in G.I.pipe up to apron up to switch board 30 cm square box with hinged cover masonry enclosure. Funnel of top, alternate layers of charcoal and salt at least 150 mm thick around etc. as per direction E/I complete in all respect as per drawing

Providing & fixing 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curvedsurface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I.limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approvedsteel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping ofsheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curvedsurfaces), excluding the cost of purlins,rafters and trusses andincluding cutting to size and shape wherever required.
